I called Shine Brite and asked them please come back and clean the horribly dirty sills they left. They just argued with me. I also had a friend call in my behalf and the owner again argued and then hung up on her! The owner said he drove by and checked. The house is at least 30 yards from the street! You can’t see dirty sills from the street. You only see them from the inside of the house. It seems like a crime that I paid $ 500 for clean windows, screens and sills according to the contract, but all they seem to do is argue that the glass is clean so I should be happy and that the sills don’t really matter. You don’t get what you pay for here. They don’t care. You get absolutely zero customer service.

This company is terrific. Each time I’ve used them they are on time, quick (they come on my lunch hour) and very professional. They will call you to notify you of specials or when they will be in the area but not so much that they become a nuisance. Get on their mailing list to receive a coupon.
