I had them under contract and they quite frankly are unreliable and do a horrible job, the snow around my walk ways and doors looked like someone just dragged a shovel, the salt was not evenly spread, someone just threw a massive lump in one spot by the door and then didn’t salt elsewhere, when I called I got some BS that the wind can move salt and snow around, I recommend going elsewhere

I contacted Tovar twice regarding setting up a contract for residential snow removal at my parents house, and possibly mine, on the Northwest side of Chicago (near Norridge). I contacted them once thru their online form, and then once using their email address through a email separate from their website, giving specific information as to the address of service and description. I’ve never heard back. Speaks a lot to reliability. Sorry I could not acquire their services.
