Spa Glisson

What massage therapy/​spa does not have voice mail? I read the review of someone here stating they can’t review Glisson Spa because they never answer their phone.
My first attempt at reaching them revealed that to be true. But, most massage therapists and spa’s don’t employ a person to answer calls right?
WHAT THEY DO HAVE IS voicemail. Who in 2015 does not even have voicemail?
I went to Atlanta Massage Associates in Tucker Georgia for 5 years. They almost never answered the phone because their massage therapists were booked.
They would return my call within an hour at most. In the outgoing greeting of their voicemail, they, 1. Announced their service name, 2. Announced their hours of operation, 3. Gave the callers the expectation of when they could expect to hear back from them.
THAT IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!
Lastly, Spa Glission’s website is not mobile friendly. As a webmistress this is one of my pet peeves. I should be able to click on the phone number and my phone ask me to call? I had to copy and paste it, then they have it listed as an acronym without the number actually in parenthesis in (numbers). I had to navigate back to the front page and find the number actually not spelled out. Need a new website folks or one that is up to date.

It was my first massage ever. Chiropractic wasn’t helping in this case, and I was under extreme stress with work and other life things. My wife has been hurting, also, and chiro was helping, but also not enough this time around. Spa Glisson, …wow…the environment was fantastic, and the massage was a good price for the couples one we did… an hour of bliss, pain, relief, and good chat. We’re going back as soon as we can, and I feel like this is something I should do more often, as we can afford it. It’s an amazing thing, and they were REALLY great with us!

Can’t really vouch for their services. No one answers the phone and I left numerous messages, no return calls. Very poor customer service.
