I ordered a basket for my mother for Mother’s Day and they sent her the wrong basket; it was a cheaper basket too. The basket belonged to someone else based on the attached card. Edible Arrangements wanted to switch the baskets which is completely unacceptable as someone else had it in their possession for a few hours. Also, my basket was left on the porch for a few hours so why would they attempt to give it to another person. After requesting a new basket, they agreed to replace it if I returned the old one. They did not pick it up as promised. Finally, I requested a refund. Please be aware of the fact that you could be receiving fruit which may not be fresh as it could have come from a customer’s home.

I placed an order earlier today for same day delivery, but started to get nervous when the recipient had not gotten it by 4 o’clock. I called this location and was put on hold for an hour until they closed at 5. I immediately called corporate and they informed me my order was never filled and to wait until tomorrow. No one contacted me, not even an e-mail to inform me. I should have checked the reviews here first.
How does corporate let such a lousy chain remain open?! It has nothing but 1 stars!

One star is too generous for this location. I ordered an arrangement for Christmas Eve delivery, and it never arrived. I called to check on the delivery at 4:30, and the inept girl who answered the phone had no clue on the status of the order. No phone call, no note, no nothing. STAY AWAY. I’m glad this was a family party, and not a business associate. I was embarrassed and will never use edible arrangements again.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I received two arrangements from here (at different times) They know the recipient will not complain to the person who spent so much for this crap! Rotten strawberries under half dipped crusty looking chocolate. Every piece of fruit was rotten! The cantaloupe had black specks all over even the kale? was rotten. The vase was chipped as well. I’ve had many edible arrangements from different locations that were amazing! This place is nasty. In fact I think I am going to pay them a visit and give them back their nasty rotten fruit!

1 star — «EEK! Me thinks not» is what appears when I HAVE to select at least the 1 star. I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM NEGATIVES! JANELLA! You are the most rudest and obnoxious rep I have ever spoken to. I am making sure everyone knows her name and to NEVER use this store! I was SUPPOSED to be surprised by receiving a bouquet from here but instead have had to FIGHT with them to return money and rampaging on every social media possible about this awful store! A rep that did not care and EXPRESSED her «non-caring» attitude to me by expressing the amounts of complaints they have received and her no want to deal with them! AND NOT EVEN CARE TO APOLOGIZE OR SYMPATHIZE!!! But then to read about the ROTTEN fruit people get! EVEN WORSE!!! Cannot say enough bad about this store!

I have had several edible arrangements and received one from here for my birthday. The fruit was rotten and had seeds in it. It did not taste fresh and I know the person who sent it must’ve spent so much! Dont use this place

Not recommended!
I ordered from here on Valentines Day. the Order never made it.
I was beyond Upset and when I called to get my money Back they didn’t even apologize.

This particular location has no idea what it is doing, clearly not held to the proper standards.
I love edible arrangements and arrangements that have been sent to me have always been with fresh fruit, cut and arranged with love, you can tell.
When I got the arrangement from this particular location ugh… Need I say more.
Okay, I will… My strawberries weren’t fresh, melon wasn’t cut to perfection & even had seeds left on them… oh dear!
I don’t know if it’s because they only have like three months open, but this place better get it’s act together.
Same way it opened/Same way it will close.
Making sure my loved ones don’t send me or anyone else any arrangements from this location.
So disappointing =(
