I know they are a pizza place but they also serve breakfast. Unfortunately their scrambled eggs and bacon are truly the lowest quality eggs and bacon that I’ve ever had. Maybe this kind of food was acceptable at truck stops or bus stops 20 years ago but not at this price.

This one is for the one on the upper level — no dis to the one on the lower — but the service was so nice. These guys went out of there way to run in the back and make me some balsamic dressing when they had run out. They were solicitous regarding aspect of my order. I never thought I would be moved to write a review of a Famiglia, especially one at the airport!

The service from the guy here today is amazing polite courteous. What a great shop haven’t tried the sandwich yet but it should be great.

Check #272173 on 9÷9÷12 @12:23pm 1 slice of Pepperoni totaled $ 4.56 After eyeballing all of the food choices at La Guardia’s food court, I settled for a Famous Famiglia’s pepperoni slice. And I must say, it satisfied my hunger pains and was quite tasty, esp. THECRUST of it all!

Taking consideration that it’s a global chain, it’s in a terminal, and it’s quick service, FF by far will win the Pizza Quick service category. The tomatoes are organic & locally grown(that’s right, it’s made in the USA) and the highest grade of mozzarella cheese(yes, its made of 100% mozza, not blended with low grade. check out the stretch test) Best fresh slice I’ve tasted is near MSG.

The battle of New York vs Chicago-style pizza is over and can be settled with no contest. Well, at least the subdivision of crappy airport-purchased pizza can. The winner is New York’s LaGuardia Famous Famigila, for providing an edible calzone and some garlic knots that convinced me my stomach may be part vampire as it did not want to have anything to do with it. I think the place has gotten better since the previous reviewer was there as they were not burning the garlic… I don’t know what they were doing to the garlic, but it was not burning. If you’re in LaGuardia central terminal and have a hankering for some pizza, this is hands-down the only place you can get it. And it was not inedible, in fact for a minute I almost thought«oh good, average tasting pizza» before the realization that my stomach was revolting set in. The quality was a little better than a Sbarros 11 minutes before they close when they have not had a customer for the past half hour. I will stress this was not awful, and I went to another Famous Famiglia later as I was in a situation where I needed food fast, and it was better(closer to 3 stars) For pizza lovers, I’d advise skip out on your base instincts and wait for a bit or go elsewhere. I don’t imagine that every place in the terminal can make you regret your love of foodstuffs
