After getting a renewal letter where my price went up and signing up for a 40% higher coverage policy online (still through State Farm) which was still cheaper, I called to add a rider and was told my new policy wasn’t accepted because of the existing one. Byron, who I spoke to on the phone made zero attempts to understand my situation or help me out so I’m switching to Allstate.

Terrible, there is a guy named Bayron that at the beginning signed me up, very nice gentleman, I guess they gave him the commission for me been a new client, but then after that everything went down hill, if there was any issues he would NEVER call me, and claim with his boos that he did, I would just find out with the letters sent by State Farm directly.
What is the point of the agent then???
Not recommended at all!
