The service at ROTI-R-US is fast and always friendly. The shop is very clean and well kept. ROTI-R-US serves Guyanese food(and as a Trini I must admit I prefer a bit more spice… Nothing a little pepper sauce can’t fix). Also I am a non-meat eater which is sometimes very difficult when I get the fixing for Caribbean flavors. There are three options for the veggie roti: potato chana, spinach or pumpkin. There is also the option to combine all three. The roti skins are fresh and made daily. Maybe because I have come later in the day, the roti skin seemed a bit tough, still good though. Another unique feature here is the option to get whole wheat rotis, which I am intrigued by but have yet to try. My favorite menu item by far has to be the veggie patty, which finds the perfect middle between flakey and soft. One thing to bear in mind is that there is some seating room but not much. So I would recommend taking out. Still, there is never an overwhelming crowd so seating should not be a major issue. Overall this joint has a great selection of food and drink, terrific service and very reasonable prices. Definitely a solid bang for your buck.
