I’ve been to their store in East Greenbush a few times. Once because I had to return a flag, and they took it back no questions asked, and refunded our credit card. Then we had an issue where a flag package was missing a piece. I’m not sure if it went missing on their end or our end, but GFW took a piece from another set to fulfill my order. Everyone at the store and on the phone has been very courteous.
I recommend calling before you order flags from their website, because they are not all in stock.
