You can’t rely on them when something goes wrong! They installed my pool, I had some issues with my pump, they stuck a bunch of goop on it! Then after the winter my pool got dented in. They wanted to charge me $ 4000 to fix it, when I said the insurance company won’t pay and I don’t have that much money to spend. They said oh well, we can’t help you! I had to hire someone else to repair it. When I had Jim the owner out to look at the pump. He said I can no longer work on this pool because someone else fixed it! They installed the pool one year ago, I regret doing business with them. From here on in I’ll use family pools on rt 111 in Hampstead
