Went in to see what they have usually travel to Milford for all my vaping needs. Went in and they didn’t know what they are selling I’ve been vaping for 6years now and never seen a store with such little respect for their customers and the vaping community. Everyone on staff using Ego-C twist and nothing else. They tried to pretend they knew what they were selling but unfortunately they were wrong. I own many authentic mods and they tried passing me off clones as authentic products for the clone price… I suggest going somewhere better for your things because this place is a complete and total joke! I will not be returning ever again.

These guys wont tell you if its a clone. Their answer is there is no such thing as an authentic. They wont mention if the flavor you are buying will eat the tank you’re buying it with. They may or may not give you the right charger, good luck with that. Their clearomizers fall apart easily. They are nice till you have all kinds of issues. I do have to say their juices are good. UPDATE: The response to my review has made me even less likely to return, and I had considered still getting juice here as that is the one thing they are good at. Piss poor customer service. Nothing says«please come again» like accusations. I am not a competitor. If I was, I certainly wouldn’t need to bash CT Vapors on Unilocal. The 3 items at the local convenience store is more likely to attract my business than these guys. I have no appreciation for how they treat their customers. As for«Authentic products» — No, this is a clone. Am I an expert? No, you can tell the difference by simply laying eyes on the real McCoy. These«authentic» batteries are already starting to fail, and every single clearomizer I purchased there didn’t even survive long enough for me to need to replace the coil or wicks. I have clearomizers I purchased for a THIRD of the price that have outlasted any from CT Vapors THREEFOLDANDSTILLGOING! Quality products my ass. I can’t select 0 stars, or I would. You’re a disgrace.

Owner never offered me any of the parts that I bought at his cost, as he claimed that he did in response to my review. I had about 7 items that quickly stopped working. Each time, he quickly blamed ME for them not working, although he ignored my insistence that I did not just toss them into my purse randomly or abusively have them slamming around in my pocket, etc. I take care of my things. He wouldn’t listen to reason and no matter what I said, accused me of having done something wrong to cause them to malfunction. Again, never offered me replacements at his cost, as he said he did. Untruth. Was I happy with the things for 3 months as he said? No, I was happy for the first day or two when they worked. It took me three months to drive all the way back to where the shop is(I don’t live close) to attempt to get them replaced. Still, I spent more money on other supplies while I was there. Both of the new ecigs I bought from him THAT day also don’t work anymore(won’t hold any charge) I suppose that’s my fault too, so instead of taking them back and getting aggrevated with whatever he’s going to tell me next, I’m just tossing them out. The only HAPPINESS I got from this store was their ejuice. Want a nice compliment? There ya go, your ejuices are very good. The prices on the ejuice are reasonable, too. Tasty and great, so kudos to the ejuice making peoples. But the easily breaking products which are costly, and then as a customer being blamed for EVERYSINGLETHING that just stopped working NOT due to any neglect on my part? Heck no, bad customer service. And again, on his reply, there he is blaming me again for mistreating every single product and I’m the one making them not take a charge anymore, right? yeah, sure, it was all me, whatevz. I’ll just go elsewhere, as I now can, other shops open in Milford, and their products are great, and they don’t treat their customers like imbeciles who don’t know how to take care of their ecigs. 1. The prices are spectacular. I can’t even beat the eJuice prices if I didn’t count shipping from online vendors. 2. Quality is superb. Perfect blend of vg/pg, flavoring & nic levels. 3. Replacement parts are always in stock. Bottom line. A local store with great prices has made my vaping experience even better than it was before. Instead of spending $ 60/month on supplies. I’m now spending $ 30/month!
