KFC

I usually hate leaving reviews and hate dealing with them, but this, this is just unacceptable. I ordered a 6 piece chicken meal, $ 6.99 on the menu. As I’m paying, the price had jumped to $ 12 and change. I just paid for it for the reason that I didn’t want to cause a commotion. So I get my food and go to get a drink. There’s no ice… Whatever that’s fine I’ll just get a cup of… Lukewarm/​warm… Dr Pepper… Okay now I’m upset.
Next I go to sit down, the workers are legitimately pointing at me, and speaking in Spanish, behind a bunch of machines, I looked over and they suddenly stopped talking and one of them started giggling. I told them there was no ice, so they bring me a cup with (I kid you not) six ice cubes. Six TINY ice cubes.
You’re in East Haven, go to a good restaurant. Not this dumpster excuse of a fast food chain.

I went there because I want to see how bad it is can made every one give it 1 star. It just an American KFC, like others, you can’t wish it how wonderful it can be.

This KFC has got to be one of the worst restaurants around. I’ve never given restaurant a lower review before, but I just need to warn you. This is the dirtiest dingiest place I have ever been. It’s time for a remodel or knock down. There is hardly anyone ever here. If you saw this place you’d probably figure out way. Anyway. I’ve tried this place several times in hopes it would get better, but it never has. Today I went though the drive thru. I turned in because of all the signage not only in the windows but also at the drive thru. «Boneless Chicken Combo» $ 4.99. Good deal. I wanted to try it. The person on the speaker told me it wasn’t available in a combo anymore. I asked how much it was going to be if it was not a combo. The person gave my a dollar amount close to $ 8. I left and drove across the street to McDonalds where I was more than happy to wait in line. There was no line at KFC, but then there were no customers either. I’d love for them to do an undercover boss show on this store. There wouldn’t be any employees afterward. This restaurant is a disgrace to the KFC corporation.

This place is dirty, and the service is utterly ridiculous. Seems like they hand pick most of the employees straight outta the ghetto.
