I stop here for ice cream, and the service is fast and friendly. The employees will also put two flavors in a small, which some places don’t do. The flavor selection is somewhat limited, but they have all of the classics and great toppings. Tip– join their club and get an initial free cup as well as one on your birthday b

Long gone is the Friendly’s of my youth. The menu changed quite a bit and the quality of the food and service diminished as well. Only reason to come here is the ice cream. The same sundaes are around and they’re just as great as I remember. If you’re coming for lunch or dinner, bring earplugs. This is veeeeeeeery kid friendly so there’s a lot of screaming and crying.

I have 4 kids who love Friendlys. I usually dread the service, especially how long it takes to get your food, BUT this trip has been exceptional. our server Laura was fantastic, the food came out very quickly and the ice cream topped off a great visit. Only drawback is that the décor is from my grandparents house, circa 1983, but it’s clean like their house too!

While we don’t normally frequent Friendly’s we love the lobster roll in the summer time
It is chock full of lobster on a toaster buttered roll.
The soups could be a little better but hey with a free ice cream its pretty good.
The place could use an update but it was clean and waitresses were nice.

Typical fast food, small portions, small menu. Old and out dated décor and furniture. Dirty tables. Our table didn’t even look like it was wiped down. Service was friendly, but won’t be returning for food. Ice cream maybe, but only to go.

If you want a great Red Velvet Milkshake, then you have found the right place to go. Yes this is Friendly’s the restaurant chain that everyone grew up with since childhood but when I ordered my Red Velvet Milkshake, I did not realize that it would be the best thing since sliced bread. LOL! Well, I loved our server cause she suggested what to order and one of them was the Red Velvet Milkshake. I was satisfied with my meal and left with a smile from getting a great milkshake.
