KIckball is great down at the park on Tuesdays! Well run(Refs set up the fields) and standings and stats are kept up to date on the website. Anyone can play this game and have fun and a lot of laughs. We play as a team from our company and have a blast. Come on down and check it out!

Is there really any other way to spend your Tuesday evenings??? If there is I want nothing to do with it. Watching a bunch of adults struggle through a game that elementary school children play on a daily basis is quite entertaining, but being part of one of the teams here is just pure amazing. Win or lose(more emphasis on the losing) you are guaranteed to have a fun time. Right on the water it’s a perfect spot to enjoy some music, friends, couple beers, and of course the recreation golly good sport of Kickball. Come on down and check out a few games and sign up for the next drafting… you won’t be sorry…

Lots of fun! Kickball is great and i’m so happy there is a league that is not so competitive where you can actually enjoy yourself. Great times!

Dude. Kickball is FUN. Three cheers for adult rec sports making a comeback! LICK is a great league. Using their website, the sign up is simple and you can check out your schedule, standings, pics and message your team from the simple interface. You can sign up solo(as a ‘free agent’) and join a team or you can get a group of former athletic animals together to make your own team. $ 70pp will get you an 8 week season of double headers + playoffs. While drinking is illegal in state parks, no one is here checking solo cups(know what I’m saying?) Is the league perfect? No, but most of the negatives can’t be held against the league itself. They can’t control when you play a team who complains to the ref every play and who don’t understand the basic rules of baseball. They also didn’t write the kickball rule book, which happens to be extensive(there are rules?) Note: bring a stereo and some chairs. Games are right on the water in Heckscher Park, so make a day of it!
