This facility violated customers’ privacy with sending out a mass email divulging every renters email address. Not only is this gross negligence, but there has been no acknowledgement, no apology, just silence. This is not the way to treat your customers in the service industry. However, this facility does not seem to care one way or the other. Also, since we all had each others email addresses, the shameless price gouging was exposed as well. Absolutely, DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY.
