We ordered flowers for my Mother in Law who was recuperating from surgery. I picked this florist because I’ev had horrible luck with FTD in the past and wanted a local florist who would do a decent job. Sadly, while what they delivered was «pretty,» it was not at ALL what I ordered. While I understand there is a substitution policy, their policy states «…Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.» This was not the case with our order. I ordered an arrangement that was primarily peach/orange roses. What was delivered was primarily yellow daisies. Very, very disappointing. :-(
