Balance at ADC is amazing. They offer so many different and diverse fitness classes so everyone will find something they enjoy. The instructors are very knowledgeable and high energy to make every class fun and energetic. I have tried many different classes but my favorites are vinyasa flow yoga, TRX, and Power Flex (yoga on TRX). If you are trying to find a place to belong and get back on track with your health and wellness, this is the place, and don’t worry about where you are on your fitness journey they welcome men and women at all levels of fitness and experience. Classes are offered through out the day and 6 days a week so everyone can fit it into their schedule. I can’t say enough about how great this place is and has helped me transform my mind and body. Go check it out! They do a 1 week unlimited classes for 20 $ so you can try everything!
