Very poor care. Always understaffed. Very expensive. Management and nursing is boldly rude and dismissive, does not return phone calls regarding issues with care, falls, missing clothes and poor quality of care. The Executive Director M. r Ochoa should not work with families that have seniors living at this facility. He is insensitive, inappropriate, does not return phone calls and personifies the notion of profiteering at the expense of elders. Emeritus is an expensive high end warehouse for the elderly.
