I ordered hamburgers and fries for take out and they were so greasy we couldn’t eat them. I talked to the mamager and was told all hamburgers were greasy including the buns. i was offered replacements at a later date. Refused offer ansd will use Sumner Ave from now on.

They never answer the phone. Take out is not an option apparently. The friendlys in enfield is a much better option with much better service.

This Friendlys location has horrible service. They never answer their phones for ordering. I usually try to call multiple times and wait and call more because this is the Friendlys closest to my house. But do not bother calling them, just go right ahead and call the sumner ave location because they will answer their phones. Such a shame they lose business by not taking orders.

Incredibly disappointed with the take out service! I ordered a chicken strip basket with fries and a side of apple sauce instead of double fries which I thought was a simple order. When I got to the take out window to pick up my food not only was my order not ready but I repeated my order and the girl at the window confirmed, when I got home my order was not correct. This happens more often than not so unfortunately I would not recommend Friendly’s of East Longmeadow.

This place was horrible. The wait staff were talking about selling drugs with the manager. Horrible service for kids. I got a burger undercooked and they spit in my food. I called the police and the person got arrested.
