Many of the companies I buy from use UPS as a shipping company. Since I just moved here, I was trying to find the closest one.
This one is in a shopping mall that is incrediably busy. The parking is really bad. And you have to go in on one side, then leave from the other side of the parking lot. Cumbersome, is a good word to use. Its frustrating because you are trying to be as quick as possible.
Once I was in the store, the clerks were super slow. I guess I just expect everyone in Mass to be in a rush. Not these guys, they were so slow.
I wanted a receipt, just to make sure my return package had mad it. After a long wait I got was I wanted.
I will try to avoid this UPS Store.

I you’re buying from Stanton Auctions, I can whole heartedly recommend using the East Longmeadow UPS Store #0964 to pick up and ship your purchases.
Larry was able to give me a shipping quote before the auction that helped me budget how much I could spend on the item. His quote was spot on when it came to shipping the item.
When you live out of state from where the auction is being held you are flying blind and the help that Larry gave me war invaluable.

They offer all kinds of services not limited to just shipping. Service has always been real friendly every time I have gone. It is a convenient place to drop off packages for UPS pickup. It’s best to package your own items because their prices are high. It’s even better if you can print out your own UPS label at home and not pay their inflated shipping prices, and then bring the package there for drop off.
