Dirty restroom. I had to flush just to be in there to wash my hands. Nasty! Soap was more water than anything else.
Wanted to try a $ 2 shrimp empanada, but their «minimum» was 2, even though I was ordering a mojarra $ 9 also.
No smiles on their end. It’s lunch time and the place is dead.
Big sign out, but the one eight above the door says, «Welcome to your vitamin». What is that?
Mojarra honestly was delicious, the avocado was on point. The salad was not fresh and the orchata drink I ordered was half full and not well mixed. Towards the end of my meal the alarm sounded. They looked like this happens all the time. No excuses or explanations. I had to exit through a side door.
Oh, and they didn’t accept the
certificate bought today. They said
didn’t have the owner’s permission. Whatever.
The cooking was good. Service and ambiance NOT.
Won’t be back. There’s better and cleaner places with better food.
The business may close soon anyway. No one eating there at lunch time?
Maybe that’s why they look like they’ve given up.

Gacho ass spot !! Wanted to get some camarones FORD my neck, but they had no typa taste, ive had better comida wen I was loKCed up. Wouldnt wish this torture on the enemigas.

It’s dirty as fuck from the outside. Pretty paisa on the inside. Off Whittier and Hendricks, you know what you’re getting into.
When my straw came out of the wrapper it literally looked chewed up and twisted. I don’t know how, the wrapper was fine. It was pretty funny actually.
There was rice in the salt shakers.
I got a campechana cocktail. Pretty risky move but hey it was ok. Need a lot of salt lime and ketchup but the portion was huge.
No sign of food poisoning yet but I’m never gonna roll the dice here again

First I’d like to say that there is another restaurant on Whittier Boulevard and Atlantic Street around the corner from the SKECHERS shoe warehouse this place is to say the least one of a kind first I’d like to say it has a b rating. it was an a but it went down… its very small along with the parking lot… credit cards accepted… the seating booths are very inadiquate… the food from what i picked, was good… saw a small problem with infestation though… could have been better, but hey cant pick a winner everytime right? I did not check out the bathrooms…

Just to add on the bad reviews, apparently your dinner comes with two side order of bullet and blood.

I love this place. It’s awesome. The best seafood and atmosphere in town. Don’t forget ur pit stop at the ⁷⁄₁₁. Love the. Langostinos a la cucaracha! Damn delicious. Yes it is a hole in the wall. But those are the best. Not for the bourgeois people. This is straight Mexican food. Go to sizzlers if your not used to it.

Came to this restaurant cause my friend recommend it but after trying their food with no flavor this it will be my first and last time I’ll come to eat here not even if they pay me I would not eat here again

This place stinks!
It smells like a gutshot animal.
It reeks.
I cannot imagine enduring this olfactory assault for more than the time it takes to walk in… and walk out.
