Went for breakfast with the wife the other day. Ordered rye toast, got wheat. Wife ordered ice tea but they don’t have ice tea so they made hot tea then poured it over ice. Wasn’t the coldest but she said it wasn’t terrible. Prices cheap enough but getting served takes forever. Took over 20 minutes for eggs w/bacon because either they have the smallest grill in the world or they’re just slow. Spoke with owner’s wife, said they’re open only seven months. We had walked by few weeks ago and asked owner if he sold Sunday Newsday, said he did. Was going to buy paper along with breakfast but the rack was empty. He claims he only orders two papers or something like that. Food wasn’t bad but nothing special. Place was clean. But honestly, I don’t think they’ll be around until the end of their lease. Update 11÷20÷13. Café now out of business. As predicted, they weren’t around long. That’s what happens when you open a business and have no idea how to run it.
