The dentist is a good dentist not the more friendly but he’s very professional and he does a good job, the assistants are very nice. The problem is the secretary who’s the one who calls and make the appointment. She’s always seems to be mad at life and everyone, she’s so bitter and she doesn’t know about costumer service. Every time I cancelled or reschedule my appointment she sounded mad at me eve when I did it with anticipation, the other day I had an emergency and I didn’t have a car to go to the appointment, it wasn’t my fault and she was all mad she was like make sure anything happen the next time. And I called because I had a question about a payment and a percentage I had to pay, she could explain to me better but the only thing she did was tell me to get a calculator. That was very rude, now we don’t want to go back to that office. How they are supposed to make the patients feel comfortable when the person who firts assist you at the office is always in Abad mood.

I’ve been coming here for years. And I’m up for my last and final visit soon, I myself keep my teeth clean. So my visits usually don’t last longer than 20 minutes or so. Give a minute or two. So there goes that… On his main wall there’s a shrine of military members all in uniform, whom gotten their mugshot taken there. I find it quite comical actually to see some of the people on that wall I know personally. The lady who works the phone is awesome. I think her name is stef, idk, but she’s Really down to earth and very forgiving when running late or rescheduling. Never any attitude which is awesome! The dentist who owns this place always sends thank you pretzels and candy(go figure) to the near by bases. Something I found to be consistent and cool at the same time. He never misses a beat with that!
