Drop by for a few drinks after attending the comedy club bar was empty only 2 employees plus the DJ. It was a total of 6 of us we ordered our drinks and listen to Spanish music for a good hour. We didn’t mine the music but we did have people with us that didn’t understand and asked if they can change the music to something else. Instead the DJ made the music louder, you would think if we are the only people in the bar bringing them business at that moment that they would make their customers happy but that was not the case here. Customers mean nothing they prefer them to leave ! Very sad being a local

My wife and I had come to the previous iteration — McZ’s Pub — some years ago and found it to be a fairly standard college bar. We returned recently for a friends going away party and were pleasantly surprised by its«grown-up» appearance. Gone were the Playstation/Guitar hero setup, couches and anything to do with Greek lettering and homo-erotic fraternal-ism. The new setup featured faux stone, Flat Screen TVs over the bar and a fresh burgundy paint-job. Our appreciation soon soured as the place had the dullest selection of beer, skunky Guinness(served in a Blue Moon glass! :clutches pearls:), and ran out of beer glasses by 10PM, necessitating the distribution of Solo cups. Suddenly the distinction between McZ’s and The Raging Bull seemed to be narrowing. The place isn’t terrible, but know before you go that it is likely geared towards the younger crowd or morally lacking locals. It’s an odd mix of College/Towny/Divey/Trendy.
