Bun was stale and hard. Burger was cold. Fries were decent and the frosty was good. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this happened at this location. Not going back.

Awful experience at Wendy’s staff was rude and unpleasant took forever to get my food done. Waited about 10 mins to get my food and it ends up being the wrong thing instead of getting my spicy chicken nuggets got the non spicy instead. I refuse to eat at a Wendy’s again especially if the same problems keep according.

Overall: 6⁄10 It’s fucking fast food. You should know — at least to a certain extent — what to expect. This location is a bit of a hysterical disaster though. It’s fun. It’s like a sideshow act. Atmosphere: 7⁄10 I go primarily in the evenings to late night. If you go when the dining room is still open expect a decent amount of homeless. They are the friendly harmless kind though, so don’t be an asshole. It’s as clean as you’d expect. I won’t lick the table, but I don’t fear catching some disease either. Service: 7⁄10 Don’t let that number make you think the service is good. I rank it so high purely because of the entertainment they provide time after time. The staff speaks English pretty well on the whole, which makes the mistakes they make even less excusable. They’re a bit of a fuckup, and I have never gone there without having some sort of confusion occur. This is the only place I consistently have this problem. The drive though might as well be a grab-bag. They’re friendly enough though… The Food: It’s Wendy’s. Value: 7⁄10 It’s one of the more expensive fast foods, but if you avoid the combo meal you can do well. If you’re in the right mood it can be totally worth it. Don’t let me tell you what to do though. I’m not your mom. By the way: I wasn’t going to tell this story, but it seems worth it. Awhile back they were selling these promotional tags for a free Mcfrosty or whatever with every order. I decided I would get one: it was only a buck after all and I could get free Frostys whenever I go. So I tell the guy I wanna buy this tag. Now this is a white English speaking guy, but he was a bit confused. Now this guy has one of those faces that looks a bit stupid no matter how bright he may be. His voice is kinda slow, his eyes don’t exactly focus on you or anything, and it seems like there’s always one more thing going on than he can handle. Maybe he was just stoned. Who knows? Anyway, he comes back with a tag and tells me he isn’t going to charge me for it. That seemed odd as the whole thing was for charity, but alright. I ask him if I can get a free frosty with it now or if it has to be a different translation. Surprised, he says«ok,» takes the tag out of my hand and walks away. Not following what the fuck was happening, I just sorta stood there for a moment. I figured I’d let him do his thing, as he exists in a mental state beyond what I am capable of understanding. My trust paid off, as he returned with a frosty and sent me on my way. That’s the story of how I tried to buy a frosty keychain, was given it for free, had it taken away, and was given a frosty anyway. I, somehow, came out ahead. This is what you’re in for at this location. It’s fun. It’s like a sideshow act.

Staff seems completely unable to tell the different between a plain spicy chicken sandwich and an Spicy Asiago Ranch Chicken club — it’s happened at least 3 times. Or, they just don’t care and hope you’ll be in your car driving away before you notice, while they pocket the extra money for themselves. If you wait in the drive-thru to make sure they’ve given you the correct item(which is wrong about 75% of the time) they give you an attitude for holding up the line. I’ll take my late-night drive-thru to Burger King or KFC because these jerks can’t even fulfill an order correctly, and give you attitude when you point it out.

According to the staff there’s a ketchup shortage at this location? So they’ve been refusing to give me ketchup for the past three weeks, a little ridiculous.

Unilocal really needs a zero star option. This Wendy’s is the worst when it comes to customer service and quality of food. The employees are always rude and completely unprofessional. Corporate should really send a secret shopper through the drive through and see what type of service is being provided to it’s customers. Apparently nobody from the franchise even has thought to look at Unilocal to see what they need to fix. Go to the Burger King next door atleast they are polite and pretend to give a crap.

The restaurant was empty of customers when I showed up at noon with my 5 year old. Unfortunately I ignored the red flag. When I returned home with my takeout purchase I found burgers with dark, dried out edges, shriveled chicken nuggets, and cool fries. All I can think is that they were not ready for customers and I was served yesterday’s leftovers. When will restaurants learn that one disastrous meal will drive a customer away forever?

My phone magically checked itself in to Wendy’s while I was at Eisenhower Park across the street so no review here. Can’t figure out how that happened but somewhat disturbing that I could be checked in to a place I didn’t enter. Imagine trying to explain to my wife ghost check ins to strip joints etc. Reminder to self shut off phone if not in use.

Worst service ever. Wendy’s is pretty bad in general but this place takes the crown for inefficiency. They messed up my order twice. I ended up waiting 45 min while they served everyone else in front of me, at which point I didn’t even want the food anymore. How hard is it to mess up a chicken sandwich and medium fries?! They wouldn’t even tell me what was going on with the order. Will never be returning to this establishment.

It’s a Wendy’s, would you expect? They have one of those self-serve soda machines though.

The staff is friendly and that is about the only redeeming quality of this Wendy’s. Like another reviewer mentioned, I wouldn’t usually review a Wendy’s, but, the fact that it takes FOREVER to order and get food here needs mention. Warning, do not stop here unless you have time to kill and an urge to stand in line for 20min. It is not good for kids, because kids do not want to wait in line for that long. I try to go here at least once a week because it is close. If it is too crowded ie. five orders in line before me., I leave.
