Many issues exist. like noise, trespassing, property damage, false imprisonment,
B&E, lack of upkeep, unclean air, and no lease enforcement. Issues ongoing even
with new owner and manager. Its like that Abu Ghraib place in Iraq. The other tenants and visitors are the guards and you are the prisoner. The guards change out their cars every 4 – 14 mo. The guards are present throughout the Quad-​Cities so your car is @ risk everywhere.
Park 50% occupied. My term is 12 years so far. Damages over $ 20,000. I’m a vet without a record so i can be trusted.
I’m now on my 3^rd round of legal troubles due to the residents making false statements to authorities. They just invent stuff, to suit their criminal intents. There were many other times they tried and failed to get me into trouble. If you are an average normal person, this park needs to be avoided at all costs.
Now it’s official, these people can make up any story, and make it stick. The judge dismissed
anything about my history, or evidence I brought in. To add insult to injury, the police never did
any area checks while I was away. The Sheriff seemed awfully tight with the large group of bad
guys that showed up to enjoy the show.
I think Illinois is corrupt to it’s very core.
