Cookies by Design

What a wonderful company… very accomodating to my needs, especially with last minute orders. We received a gift for Father’s Day and we’re so impressed that I ordered a very large basket for Co workers. I will definitely use this company again and again! Great job!!!

NEVER AGAIN. I ordered a get well sport theme decorated cookie basket with a dozen cookies on the bottom. I figure that the deco cookies prob wont taste good so y not add some good home made cookies to eat. (especially for a 10 year old) this basket cost me $ 80. I was promised friday delivery. Well Friday came i got a confirmation. I found it weird that my cousin wouldnt call to say thank you so like usually i called to see how he was feeling and still said nothing so i asked did u get what i sent you he said no. I called up saturday morning and spoke to cindy that manager she said she could find the order # i gave her she would check and call me back. When she called me back she said she sees the order but dont know y it didnt get there and the delivery charge is a flat rate its not to get there next day (BULLSHIT) then she was apologetic said she would get it there by noon that day and to say sorry she was sending me a dozen cookies on them to my job on monday. WELL I went to visit my cousin on saturday night and I was mortified that they sent 7 sport cookies standing in a red vase (for a boy) and thats it. for $ 80 u must be kidding me. My «free» cookies never showed on monday neither. I called cindy again on monday afternoon to say how dissatisfied I was with this company and she had nothing to say. She doenst know y the other cookies didnt send WHAT KIND OF MANAGER ARE U. I better get a refund or theres gonna be a big problem…
They wont have to worry about filling orders cause they will be out of business if I dont get what i want. i would give 0 stars if i could

Think twice before you order. Website apparently doesn’t work correctly and the store representatives don’t seem to be bothered by the flaws that inconvenience their customers. After entering the delivery recipient’s zip code, the website acknowledged that this location (east end Long Island) was eligible for same day delivery (next day in this specific case since I was ordering after normal business hours). I proceeded with my order, though I was unable to use the promotional code I intended to (due to yet another website flaw) and later received an e-​mail confirming my order. So far, so good. The following morning, I received a «delivery confirmation» e-​mail. Great. Then I received a phone call from the store — the gist was this… they don’t know why the system continues to accept orders for delivery to this town because they just can’t deliver there. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, and offering potential solutions to correct the situation they acted surprised when I requested a refund. Now it’s too late to use another delivery service that can actually make good on their same day delivery promises. I guarantee this is my first and last attempt at working with Cookies by Design.
