Our last home had a central vac, with the detachable hose. When we moved to our new home, we decided to add a central vac, and had Custom Vacuum Systems give us a free estimate. We decided to install the hide a hose system. The product is awesome, (even better then the traditional central vac with detachable hose). The service and staff are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company, and would absolutely use them again.

Great company to deal with. Came to house for free estimate, listened to all my needs and concerns, gave us a few options to choose that would suit our home .
Ultimately chose hide a hose system, they came and installed it in a few hours .

My previous home had central vac serviced by custom vac exceptionally so when I moved into a smaller home I called them to install central vac in my smaller home. The problem was that it was an old home with no attic and a very few walls to run piping thru. I was addicted to central vac and had to have it. These guys came and figured it all out. They were able to install hide a hose to reach the entire house. These guys were real gentlemen, neat, friendly, and got the job done without a hitch. They exemplified the kind of workers and business men who are perfectionists, honest and caring for the needs of their customer. Without hesitation, if you are considering central vac, call them!
