Do NOT purchase Pitcher Perfect windows. We purchased their ‘lifetime warranty’ windows, and they only lasted 5 years before the seal gave way and the panes are fogged in between. When we called them, they said they are willing to fix them but we must pay for their labor. Shoddy, shoddy, product. Feel totally ripped off. My husband and I don’t have a lot of extra $ lying around for home repairs, so this is a big deal to us.
