I had a reservation with Homewood Suites Atlanta Airport, guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card. At 11pm, after arriving in Atlanta and getting in taxi to go to the hotel, I got a call that they didn’t have a room for me but could move me to another hotel in Morrow, GA. Clerk said there was a «glitch» but I could go to a Hampton Inn 10 miles away. No thanks. Went to Drury Suites airport hotel Instead(excellent, by the way). I’m a longtime Homewood Suites fan, but this really messed me up. I booked an airport hotel so I could get back to the airport for an early flight the next AM. What is the point of guaranteeing with a credit card if they can cancel your reservation? See, they know how to *TAKE* the reservation, they just don’t know how to *HOLD* the reservation. And that’s really the most important part of the reservation, the holding. Anybody can just take them.

Very nice location and hotel that can only be expected from Hilton! This hotel is definitely a new remodel as everything looked new and very clean. The rooms are modern and best of all the free breakfast and afternoon meals were great! It’s also within walking distance to quite a few meal joints if you feel like switching up the menu!

Hands down the friendliest staff of any hotel in Atlanta. Always very upbeat and willing to help. The breakfast and managers social are a huge plus. The pool is small but very clean. Perfect for kids. The shuttle to and from the airport leaves at 7 am and 8 am for sure.

The staff at this hotel is one of the NICEST I’ve met. Kudos to the general manager(whoever that is) for building such a great culture… OFNICENESS. From the housekeepers to the breakfast staff. Like everyone. Super kind and personable. I was also totally surprised how big the rooms were… like a studio apartment. Never stayed at a Homewood before and travel a lot. Thumbs up on this little airport spot.

This hotel was really nice, actually. The rooms very pretty updated and spacious. The kitchenette was a major plus. If you’re staying more than a couple days, take advantage of the full size fridge and stove/microwave/pans to enhance your stay. The bed was nice and comfy, and they provide both somewhat soft down and fluffier pillows. Breakfast was great. Sausage, gravy, biscuits, waffles… what more do you need in Georgia? Housekeeping did miss me once, but all I needed was towels and they brought those up as requested. Seriously, definitely worth staying at. I think I will again next time I’m in the area.

I booked 2 rooms here(4÷3−4÷7) for my family and I and we had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were very modern and spacious. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because my key keep being deactivated and we didnt get the room serviced 1 day. But I cant complain otherwise. I always looks for hotels with free breakfast and sometimes it’s hit or miss. This Homewood Suites did not disappoint at all! Each morning the breakfast was better than the previous day and it was actually a FULLBREAKFAST. Robin, who was a one of the cooks I believe, was extremely nice and very personable. My family was very happy staying there. Even my mom, who sometimes looks to complain… lol!

Very attentive, friendly staff for the most part. However, housekeeping did not have my room ready when I checked in(after the posted check-in time) so I left and came back to a room that was«ready», but with 3 sets of towels for 4 guests. The housekeeper who brought paper towels to my room after I arrived practically threw them at me. On the second day, we left the room while the housekeeping staff was on our floor, No housekeeper came to the room that day, so when we returned late that night, wet towels were still piled on the floor, trash had not been emptied, and there was no toilet paper. Staff took care of these issues, but guests should not have to request help in these areas. I’m fine with the change-sheets-every-three-days– unless-requested-sooner policy, but that policy should not extend to towels. Also, beware that even if you check complimentary internet service on your cell and enter your name and room number, you may still be charged for internet usage.
