I’m so glad to have IndoCycle nearby. I had been to one spinning class in college — years ago — but didn’t get much out of it. When I saw how close IndoCycle is, I decided to give spinning another try. This was a completely different experience.
IndoCycle provides the bikes (duh), the shoes, and even fresh fluffy towels. You just have to sign up and show up (in comfortable, form-​fitting clothes and with your water). The instructors show you exactly how to adjust the bikes, and the workouts are fantastic. I’m hooked on Wednesday night Cardio Core with Jarvis. Great group energy, great exercise, and what a great feeling after class is done.

A MUST TRY! First, let me say, I am a spinning Newbie. In 8 weeks, I have fallen in love with spinning and IndoCycle. Conveniently located, great «how to» instructors coupled with water, towels and spinning shoes provided by the studio… all I have to do is get myself there! The ease of registering for class online, having assigned cubicles with the above mentioned amenities waiting, and bike availability without the wait keeps me coming back! Did I mention that to date, I have shed 13 pounds! YES! My weekly schedule now includes 3 days at IndoCycle!
