Worst t-mobile store ever, there is always a long wait time, the employees are just loafing around acting like they are doing something. Try to get a new phone service but I did not complete the transaction, two months later I was charged $ 120 phone bill, went there to sort it out, they have no clue what they are doing. Bunch of high school dropouts trying to be sales reps.

The customer service here overall is better than any other store over here. Especially the Verizon store which has horrible customer service. Crystal, the manager there, is awesome. She’s very good at what she does and understands true customer service. But the wait time here is very very long. Be prepared to wait at least 30 – 40 minutes for help!
