They were able to fix my sons phone, for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Their staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend them.

i called last week for a quote and they said 135. i decided to drop in for my broken iPhone 6 screen and the guy at the store tried to tell me it was 150 to fix. When i told him apple charged 109, he insisted it was only for the screen and not to actually replace it. He looked at me like i was lying. Lets just say i went to Apple at the providence place mall and they replaced my screen. Grand total 109 plus 7 percent tax. He totally wanted to rip me off. i would never return!

I was on the fence as to where and who should repair my recently purchased and recently cracked iPad Air. I researched and found that it could cost me as much as $ 300 at the Apple Store and two other repair stores gave me a price of $ 180 and $ 160. I then found myself here and their price was $ 120. Since I just spent good money on my initial purchase, I was looking for a reasonable price for a repair and this was it by far. The person at the desk explained the whole process to me and made me feel comfortable. They also assured me that my concerns of broken glass shards or fingerprints on the glass would not be a problem and they were right. I rarely take the time to write a review but after this experience I had to. Price and quality of work made me a very happy customer!

This is, by far, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had– anywhere. Upon arrival, I was offered refreshments. And for children, they have a table with coloring books and lollipops– so brilliant! Sandra, the technician is passionate about phones and about helping people. Even though we got there late, she was pleasant, understanding and worked diligently and skillfully to repair iPhone 6. Looks good as new now! The owner, I believe his name was Ronnie, talked with me– was super nice and even offered me a phone case on the house! I’m sending all my friends and family who break their phones here from now on. They are awesome!!!

I came in to get a broken iPhone 4S screen fixed and there was a customer there already, so the tech(only one person working there) asked me to wait a minute. I told her I wanted to drop off my phone for service on the screen. She proceed with that customer to pick cases, reset his phone, ask about deleting apps, and generally continue his entire visit. 15 minutes later, she asks if I want coffee while I wait. Nice touch, but I reminded her I wanted to drop my phone off to get it fixed. Tech says it’ll take about 20 minutes to fix it, which is fine since I was going to run errands. I agree to the work that needed to be done and fill in her form. Awkwardly, I apologized to the other customer for the interruption. I gave the tech my other number so she could call or text me on my second phone when the job was done. During the conversation before leaving the store initially, I asked her to throw in a screen protector and she agreed. I went as far as to say ‘Could you throw in a screen protector and I’ll write you a Unilocal!review since I see you don’t have any yet?’. Now, ‘throw in’ typically means ‘gratis’ for me. A shop in Vegas had that kind of deal when they replaced my battery a couple of months ago and the protector was free. I’m thinking a business trying to grow their clientele would do these small things for goodwill. About 30 minutes later, she called to say the phone was ready. I returned 20 minutes after the call and she picked up the phone to clean the screen(so it wasn’t actually ready) and then proceeded to run the invoice for the job. The OEM front glass for the 4S was $ 59 and then she told me the screen protector was $ 10. My jaw dropped. I literally asked, «For a cheap piece of plastic I can buy for a dollar somewhere or is this a good quality one?». It was as I suspected: $ 10 for one of those cheap ones amazon sells for $ 0.79. I totally understand it can be painstaking work to install one of those, so I ‘get’ that it costs money. But $ 10? When I challenged her on this and reviewed our previous conversation, she moved the price to ‘just $ 5′. I’m thinking ‘whatever, lady’ at this point and I pay. The glass has a three month warranty, but I don’t have any actual proof she used OEM equipment considering the fast one she tried to pull. So, while I appreciate that the work was done, it was the way the customer service was handled from beginning to end that got this place 2 stars. I’d definitely use a different place in the future. Oh… and she got her Unilocal review after all.
