What a great group of people! From the moment I spoke to Jan on the phone (who is awesome – she listened and was caring, unlike other pest control companies who seemed disinterested in my problem), to Eric and Patrick the exterminator techs who showed up, it was abundantly clear that they were eager to help. They know their craft. They were thorough, competent, professional, and caring. I had some mice that got into my sunroom. They strategically set traps and bait stations in and out of my home. The problem was solved. No more mice. I highly recommend Guardian pest control. Thank you, Stef.

We had some mice in our house, for the last couple of winters actually. These guys come in ready to terminate some creatures. Within 2 weeks, we stopped hearing them and they were pretty much gone. They come in the summer for ants also. Great service, the guy really knows his stuff.

So I should have written this a long time ago, but I’ve been pretty busy and the new job’s a hassle and the kids had the flu and… you know how the song goes, right? But here’s what I haven’t been busy doing: watching carpenter ants walk around my bathroom and kitchen. Know why? ‘Cause I called the extremely professional and very competent people at Guardian, and they made all my insect woes disappear. Eric and Patrick were prompt, super helpful and reassuring, and just generally nice guys. Because let’s face it: who wants complete strangers coming into your house to get rid of your bug problem? Personality goes a long way, and they really did a great job of making me feel better about the whole creepy crawly experience. Guardian answered all my questions, made sure my kids could not get at any of the traps (bonus! They checked for rodents too!) and spent a very long time ensuring the house was thoroughly sprayed. And they have an unbelievably good deal for their service plan, so I am covered for the next year… so go ahead, ants, make your move. I got backup.

What a refreshing group of people at Guardian. I had them out last year to treat a small outbreak of carpenter ants on my patio and again this spring for carpenter bees (which I had never encountered before).
They were not patronizing, they explained treatment, thoughtfully had me stay indoors during application outside and followed up by giving me a «buzz» to make sure problem was solved.
I had used the big blue bug folks at my prior home and always felt they were taking me for a ride. Maybe because I was just a number to them. With Guardian, you feel like you are a valued customer.

Very helpful and friendly service! My husband called because we spotted a mouse in our new house. The guys that came out were knowledgeable and friendly and did a thorough inspection of the house.

Great Pricing, great service and they stand behind their work. Guardian Pest Control (Eric and his father) exterminated bedbugs effectively for 3 apartments in our 3-​family home in Providence. They did everything exactly as explained and eliminated the issue as promised. They even came out an extra time at no charge to accomodate a tenant’s schedule. Their pricing is drastically cheaper than Orkin and Terminix –I paid about ¹⁄₃ of what I was quoted by Orkin and Terminix. They also did all the work for me where Orkin and Terminix require that you handle the prep work. Lastly they did not try to intimidate us by making the problem seem bigger than it was (definitely a tactic used by terminix).
Now I’m having them take care of a mouse infestation. This time I didn’t bother shopping price because I know they are reliable and concientious! Nice guys too, what a pleasure!
