I have used MRT for multiple pieces of jewelry for my wedding and could not recommend them enough. I worked directly with Joe, who took old pieces that were sentimental to me and turned them into something new and beautiful simply by me describing what I wanted. They were also able to order my fiancé the exact ring he wanted on a very last minute notice. I’ll only take my jewelry to MRT from now on and would recommend them to anyone. Everything they touch turns to GOLD (pun intended)

My fiancé and I have had positive experiences here, both in getting a custom engagement ring made and wedding bands.
We brought in a family ring to be re-​set for my engagement ring with a rather unique design in mind. The sales associate helped us find the design we wanted and provided a price quote. It turned out that the ring had to be made custom, instead of with a mold, but in spite of this MRT stuck to the original price they had quoted to my fiancé.
Since we had a positive experience the first time around, it was a given that we returned when shopping for bands. The sales person was great in helping us select rings that worked for us, and the rings arrived promptly two weeks later and fit perfectly.
On both of our visits, we were pleased with the customer service, and felt the pricing was very reasonable.

I didn’t buy anything, but had to get a new appraisal for insurance purposes. Most stores don’t want to bother with this or charge and arm and a leg. MRT was great. He took his time and appraised a ring, watch and necklace.
The fee was very fair (I think he gave me a break) and did it in an extremely timely manner as insurance company was driving me crazy to get it done.
The store itself is very clean and the staff seemed knowledgeable when I heard them speaking with customers. I wish I had discovered them earlier. I may have saved even more and received better quality.

There are so many Jewelers out there and finding the right one is always a chore! Most of the Jewerly chains around only care about one thing= sell, sell, sell!
Well, NOT MRT– I was refered there almost 10 years ago and have not shopped anywhere else since– This is a FAMILY owned business, they take the time to talk to you, get to know you, what you like, hat your budget is and work with you in finding the most perfect piece. When you walk out the door you feel as though you were the only custmer there– I have sent several people there and each time I have they always say to me, «wow, I’ll never go anywhere else». But, hey, don’t take my word for it, go and take a peek yourself! I’m sure you will not be disappointed! nothing to lose and everything to gain!

MRT provides quality products and excellent customer service. I recommend all my friends go to MRT. I moved out of state and still shop with them. I purchased my wife’s engagement ring as well as multiple gifts for my wife thru MRT. Never disappointed in their product quality or service.

I’ve had my my jewelry made for my wife custom 8 times. They will literally create anything you can think of. I haven’t found any other store that can do this. Will be swinging by again for Valentine’s day.

My husband and I came here at the recommendation of a dear friend… this is where her family and friends had had success with engagement rings and wedding bands.
We were shopping for my engagement ring at the time and had been in a lot of shops around the area. I was looking for a unique ring having vintage elements without being dated and had yet to find the right one. We came in and were helped right away by Anne Marie, who is great. She was very friendly and patient, and worked with us until I found THE ring. It is absolutely gorgeous and, at .75 carats, a lot bigger than what we’d been seeing elsewhere at comparable prices. We got it sized and, a few days later it was on my hand where I’ve since received countless compliments.
Fast-​forward half a year and we went back for wedding bands. Anne Marie helped us again, and the first thing she did was take my ring to the back to shine it up. Then we found the perfect wedding band to match it, again at a totally reasonable price. She helped my husband find his band, and we went through a bunch until he found a style/​weight/​material he was happy with (palladium). His was special ordered and arrived the following week. I’d also brought in a vintage heirloom piece my grandmother gave me… she assessed it, showed me that 2 prongs were missing around the main diamond, and kept it for repair. It was ready the next day, looked STUNNING, and only cost $ 60. I was thrilled and when I showed it to my grandmother, so was she!
All in all, we have nothing but positive things to say about all of our interactions with this jeweler.

The customer service here was terrible. I came in to ask a couple questions about possibly getting a new band or restricting mind and was treated as though I was bothering them with my questions! Very rude.

Although this business has some nice jewelry, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The people assisting you make you feel like it is a waste of their time. Their ATTITUDE needs adjusting in a big way. If you truly want good customer service, go elsewhere. You would think that after spending a good deal of money there, they would at least try to make your experience pleasureable.

I brought in a ring to be repaired. The sales gal was awesome! They took care of me right away and the ring was ready in 2 days. The price was more than fair and I am very happy. I have never purchased anything there, but my friend brags about their jewelry. Next time I need something I certainly will give them a try.

Its easy to rate a company when you like your purchase and nothing goes wrong with it. Its another to like a company when things go wrong.
I purchased a ring from MRT about 5 months ago. The diamonds are set very high in the setting making four of the seven diamonds in my band loose; enough for me to lose my mind.
Thankfully, the first few times I did not lose the diamonds. I cant say that happened during my most recent occurrence.
This week I went into the jewelers almost in tears and the VP/​owner handled my situation directly after receiving an email I wrote during closing hours of the store.
He took my ring and told me this was unacceptable instead of preaching to me how to care for it like I had experienced with another associate. He said they would fix my ring and check over every diamond. He even said they would replace the ring if needed.
Although an upsetting situation, I still left MRT satisfied. I feel the owners truly look out for their customers and its not just during the initial purchasing.
MRT brings new meaning to the saying «a diamond in the rough» for me.
