Been living here a year. It’s exactly what we expected, no more, no less. The space I think is pretty good for the money. Came down to $ 1050/​mo for a two bedroom 1000 sq ft. I’m happy overall but nothing wowed me. I do wish they had an online rent pay/​maint request.
Also the laundry is in a separate location from the apt and then the machine to add money to your laundry card is in a separate location from that. What’s more is that the money machine is in the room that is only open business hours. If you need to do laundry at 6pm and don’t have money on your card. Good luck. My biggest complaint by far.
Staff is very nice and they have been timely on repairs with few questions asked.
