Brad did an amazingly efficient job of replacing the shattered screen on my son’s iPhone 5C (a heartbreaker accident that destroyed the screen 5 days after we got the new phone). I had a couple of emails to deal with, before I left the storefront where he did the repairs — he was finished before I even got my emails done! My son showed off the repaired phone to a friend the instant I gave it back to him, the single word of high praise his friend offered: «sick!»

Brad is the best! He repaired my cracked iPhone in less than an hour! He did it in short notice and had all of his tools with him for the quick repair. I thought I was going to have to give my phone away for a week so I was pleasantly surprised with the immediate result. He was nice and professional. Brad was awesome! He came to my house (YAY! no travel for me) and fixed my cracked iphone 4 screen in about an hour (Double YAY! He was fast.) Not to mention this is the only screen repair option on the east end of LI that doesnt require you to ship your phone off to some random third party vendor for 3 days. (Triple YAY!)
He’s was super smart and friendly AND he accepts credit cards!

Brad Murphree was very nice and professional. He did a great thorough repair on the iPhone and answered all of my questions clearly. I was pleasantly surprised that the repair could be done so quickly, since most companies require days. I would certainly use his expertise on any of my devices in the future.
