Good solid food. Service was good, friendly, and prompt. Menu pretty much typical of Rochester Italian Restaurants. Worth a return trip.

Underwhelming. With so many choices for excellent italian food in ROC this place falls a little short in the food category. It was good but didn’t «wow» me. Positives are the service, the setting — reminds me of a classic mob movie hole in the wall, and the prices.

Delicious! This place is a hole in the wall, authentic Italian restaurant that does not disappoint. Had a delicious HUGE meal for a reasonable price. Friendly staff… Will definitely be going back!

Went here for dinner it was not that great. I ordered veal parm the red sauce was very tart and sour tasting it was also very thin and soupy. The veal was very gristly not a lot of flavor. We also tried the Alfredo white sauce it had no flavor at all. The pasta was very rubbery. The only thing good I found about the restaurant was the service our waitress was awesome. Just wish the food was better.

The Grapevine Restaurant at The Corner Sports Bar is a staple restaurant for our family. The entire staff and especially Janet have always accommodated our needs. I have never been disappointed with a meal and their portions are generous. Its great food in a restaurant where you feel like your part of the family. I highly recommend the Grapevine!

Our first time at this restaurant and surprised to hear they are not on – but then again, none of the staff knew what was anyway! What you’ll get: Great food, excellent wine and really friendly staff and unbelievably reasonable price points. I had the enormous Prime Rib(Saturday night special for $ 17.95) cooked to perfection. It was huge! If I had to guess it was close to 16oz with the perfect amount of marbling(not mostly fat like most prime rib cuts). A nice but nothing speciall side salad and a baked potato. My husband a seafood pasta dish that was generous and tasted really good. Others had equally as good pasta dishes. What you won’t get: Fine dining experience– this is a family owned local restaurant Crystal wine glasses; although they are«glass» Deserts were not fabulous– I think 2 – 3 choices and the triple chocolate cake was a small serving and not really remarkable– milk chocolate icing and not moist. Notes — They are attached to bar called, «Corner Sports Bar» — in fact, we had to walk through it to get to the restaurant. I was shocked on a Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. there were empty tables! Last, I just learned on Wikipedia that East Rochester has been considered by the public as Rochester’s «Little Italy,» as over a half of the town’s residents have Italian ancestry, and Italian can even be heard in offices and homes. It has also been home to some of the finest Italian restaurants in the Rochester area including The Northside Inn, Perlo’s, The Grapevine Restaurant and for many years, Giuseppe’s. Surace’s Pizza, located along Commercial Street, adds to this reputation and is a lunch time institution in the community.
