Toni-​Ann is phenomenal and very knowledgeable, really understands the science behind massage therapy. I’ve been going to her for a year and she has helped me alleviate pain with both a herniated disc in my neck but also recently my lower back. She’s very informed on stretching techniques and the physical therapy aspect of it, she’s been a perfect compliment to my physical therapy. She’s also helped my wife who is expecting with pre-​natal therapy. A complete professional and expert in the field, I always feel great after our sessions — I definitely recommend!

I started visiting Toni-​Ann recently and I was amazed at the healing effect that she has had on my various aches and pains. I sit in an office all day which has created a lot of tension and pain in my back and neck, including regular headaches. Toni-​Ann immediately relieved all of the pressure in these areas and I have not experienced the headaches or severe pain that had been plaguing me. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her application of various techniques that she tailors to each client. She has created a peaceful environment that serves as an oasis from the various stresses of life. I highly recommend Toni-​Ann. She truly cares about her clients’ well being.

Toni-​Ann is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. After my first visit with her I was blown away. She customized my massage for my body’s needs and was so knowledgeable about how to alleviate the tension from each and every muscle. Since that first massage, I regularly visit with her each month and when I walk out of her office, I feel like all the stress I’ve been carrying around is lifted. Hands down, Toni Ann is the best massage therapist I have ever been to! Wish I could give her 11 stars. I saw her religiously while working in New Jersey /​NYC for 6 months and miss our regular sessions like the world. I work in IT so am perpetually craned over desks, laptops & cell phones while on the go so my shoulders and neck are of constant issue for me. Toni Ann is extremely thorough in addressing such individual needs, and she also enlightened me to other areas where I was holding tension; areas that I wasn’t remotely paying attention to. She hones in on these sensitive spots and over the course of periodic visits wow did that make all the difference for me in mind-​body balance and wellness. I am a firm believer in weekly/​bi-​weekly massage therapy especially during high stress periods. I’m not sure how I would have weathered my working contract on the east coast without her help!

It was a pleasure meeting with ToniAnn. I’m suffering with sever sciatica and having a big problem finding relief. After my tailored message I had no pain for 3 whole days. Which is saying alot, because I have been on painkillers and relaxants for a month now. This isn’t one of those generic massage places where you get the same standard sequence everyone gets. Toni Ann is a highly educated therapist who will truly take the time and care to discover what your body needs, and will give you a custom experience. Her touch is wonderful and healing. She’ll even discuss your massage afterwards with a chart and recommendations for what you can do at home to help your problem areas. Well worth your time and money, and you’ll leave so relaxed!

Toni-​Ann is the very best! Her massages help me tremendously with tension in my back, shoulders, and neck. She is so knowledgeable and always takes the time to share her knowledge with you. She sits down with you at the beginning of every appointment, asks where you’re having problems, and explains what she plans to do to help with your specific problems. She is extremely thorough and incredibly thoughtful, and she goes above and beyond for her clients, always taking the time to recommend exercises and stretches you can do at home to help you between appointments, showing you how to do them, and even offering reading suggestions if you’re interested in learning more on your own. She’s also certified in pre-​natal massage, and she’s great at that, too! I can’t recommend Toni-​Ann highly enough.

Toni Ann is amazing! I get headaches whenever I have knots in my back and neck, and she always makes all of my pain go away. Aside from that, she is so nice and speaks to her clients like friends. Highly recommend!
