Horrible practice.
Nothing is included with the actual visit. Every diagnostic or test is an additional charge! Worst part — they won’t tell you until your bill arrives in the mail.
Everything is a separate charge and it’s not clear if it’s covered by your insurance or not.
The doctor was wearing jeans and sneakers. This is a doctor’s office, not a movie theater.
When I went and tried to at least inform them of their terrible practices, I could clearly hear the doctor saying «I don’t want patients like these… they just waste my time.»
Well Doctor, 20 minutes of your time (and 1.5 hours of mine … in waiting) made you $ 800. Sorry for wasting it.
