Terrible company — poor quality products — the stones fall out of the jewelry easily — even if you take very good care of them and rarely wear them. The «lifetime warranty» is a total joke. They told me they would replace my ring but once they received it they changed their minds, processed it as a return after the return window, credited me less than the value of the ring in «store credit» and disposed of my ring — all without notifying me of the change until after it was completed. They basically stole my property rather than repairing or replacing it per their warranty. With terrible customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
