Method 360 takes all of the guess work out of working out. The trainers plan well rounded workouts that hit every muscle group & every need. The circuit style makes the things you hate to do but need to do go by quicker! I know that when I leave method I have worked on every single muscle in my body! Another thing i love about Method is that if there’s a exercise you aren’t a huge fan of. you can replace that exercise with something else! They make you feel like method is YOUR personal gym as you can use the equipment however your body needs it. I always walk out of there feeling magical! The people are fantastic, uplifting and give you a GREAT workout!

Method 360 is a place like no other. When you walk in you’re greeted by name with a smile and made feel welcomed. No one is there to intimidate you or make you do anything that you don’t feel comfortable doing. Modifications during workouts are encouraged with injury prevention and good form being a key focus. The trainers are highly trained, extremely knowledgeable and very motivating .The classes are different every day. From upper body, lower body, core and cardio, every workout is unique. Any person, any size, any age is capable of doing the workouts. There is a great energy throughout every class and a sense of comradery that can’t be found at other facilities

Came here for a trial class after hearing about this place from an old friend. As a former multi-sport Division I and professional athlete, I am a fitness fanatic to the extreme and like to workout hard. So when I read up about these classes, I was pretty excited, because no gym in the area seems to have the hard-pushing classes that I like to do, unless you want something less effective, a bit monotonous or to spend stupid money for a Project 42 that isn’t worth it, in the end. No offense to anyone, as that’s merely my opinion. Important to note is that I came in with a few serious injuries I’m recovering from, and they were very aware and understanding, which is great for anyone in a similar situation or with reservations of any kind. Many trainers forget or brush it off, but they make sure to address it and work around it. These classes are stations and intervals(at least today was), with a mixture of strength and cardio, and it had me tired and sweating, but most importantly, wanting to come back again. I signed up for the reasonably priced new client special immediately afterward, and I’ve worked with Trish and Kristen, who are both awesome to work with! I also got 5, 1-hour personal training sessions to keep the momentum going. Clearly, I’m sold/hooked.

I have been going to Method 360 for over three years. It is the only workout I have ever done that I have not gotten bored of– the first workout was as fun and challenging as the 200th. Trish, Kristen, Brandon and Davina all are exceptional trainers that passionately offer their own talents and expertise. The workout is an hour long and incorporates TRX, medicine balls, BOSU, track work, yoga and kettle bells– just to name a few! The participants are of all athletic levels, from complete novice to expert. It’s inspiring for me to work out next to both types of people. The trainers often offer more complex/difficult options if they notice you are looking for an increased challenge. Method 360 also offers separate yoga and TRX classes. And best of all… BABYSITTING! In addition to an unmatched work out, the staff and participants have created an environment that is supportive, inspiring and fun. Once you go to Method 360 you will never look back!

I actually never write Unilocal reviews; but the hardworking, smart, friendly folks at Method360 have inspired me to do LOTS of things I «never» do Method360 has something for every body, including people(like me) who«never» do group fitness. No two classes are exactly alike, and the guidance, education and empowerment to wring the most out of your time there mean that you can look around the room and see men, women, young folks and not-so-young folks, each engaging in a different exercise, buoyed by the energy of the group. I’ve never felt intimidated, one-upped, judged, excluded or left behind. Only supported, challenged in the best way, and cheered on. And really, really sweaty

How about a workout that makes you feel stronger, smarter and uplifted? YEP– that is METHOD. The workouts are tailored to where you are the minute you walk in the door. There is no one-size-fits-all stuff here. The vibe is POSITIVE and the encouragement is incredible. There aren’t those body shaming comments that you hear in most group fitness classes. These folks know that isn’t what motivates. I’m a certified fitness instructor and usually have lots to pick at when I attend new classes. Not the case here. The workouts are dynamic. They cue all of the important tid-bits to keep your joints and back safe. They cover all the bases– balance, strength, mobility, cardiovascular and great energy to boot. Newcomers are made to feel welcome and there truly are people with a wide range of goals and abilities. Give it a try!

Love, love, LOVE Method 360! This is absolutely the best workout I have ever done. Trish is so motivating and totally kicks your butt! The classes are about 10 – 12 people(guys and girls)-the workouts are creative and fun-not typical boring stuff you might get at a regular gym.
