Recently we went to Olum’s to look for appliances for the new house we are building. We had heard from friends that they provided quality products and great service. We were not disappointed. Our initial meeting of about an hour and a half was with Russell. He answered all of our questions and helped us compare the features for each appliance so that we could make informed decisions regarding what we needed. We came back a second time and spent another hour with Andy to ask a few clarifications. We got all the info we needed to purchase all of our appliances for our new house from Olum’s. Thank you, Andy and Russell!

We had a terrible experience with Olum’s. We’ve been lied to over and over, treated rudly and blown off. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. We tried to do business locally and, in this case, it turned out to be a big mistake.
