Wings were very good. I ordered mild and they were really spicy. Also had a delicious quesadilla. Best quesadilla I’ve ever had. Drinks were very reasonable.

First time at Wingin It tonight. Our waiter was a very friendly guy named Ben, he kept smiling even after my wife ordered her ice tea with extra ice and extra water! Excellent service and the food was absolutely amazing! I ordered the wedge salad and a dozen wings with the house sauce. The salad had a wonderful home made bleu cheese dressing and a handful of fresh cooked bacon and the wings were the best I have had in a long, long time! Perfectly cooked, big, meaty and sauced with the«house special» sauce, I wish I could have eaten another dozen. My wife got a huge appetizer that had eight big wings, fried mushrooms and fried green beans. Much more than she could eat! I have found my new favorite restaurant in Tawas City!

This is a cool little place. I got one of the wraps, The walk off I believe is what it was called. The wing sauces were great. Believe it or not, I think this place is better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Clean, good prices, and better food!

Honestly, this place is garbo. Besides the mediocre food, there are images all of the restaurant of a super creepy hyper-chicken mascot with a terrifying grin and bloodshot eyes. It’s unsettling. And the food sucks.

One of the few places in town you can get traditional buffalo style wings. We also like the ‘lob wedge’ salad… try make their own blue cheese here as well! Burgers are good, but prob the most interesting thing in the menu is the«super bowl potato». It’s awesome… shredded pork, BBQ sauce, cheese; its prob my fav on the menu. Also during games is 1 $ drafts so BONUS!

An after golf lunch had pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw on it. Came with ample amount of fries. So tasty the pork was. Friends had wings and a burger. No complaints were heard. Service was great, beer was ice cold. Very fair prices.

Wings were not done all the way. We sent them back and the next batch were so hard to get off the bone that they just weren’t worth eating. The waitress was not very helpful and really should have taken the wings off the bill. The flavors offered were good, but they really need to do a better job of cooking the wings. We won’t be returning. My family lives in the area, so we also won’t be recommending it to anyone!

Dim the lights… Blinding recessed lighting in the bar area. Front room is brighter than most office buildings. Not going to bar for a tan. Please dim the lights in the bar area. We enjoy the food but ambience is just as important… Thank you

My husband and I stopped in shortly after they opened. I was sad to see the Irish pub go, but thrilled to see someone had finally utilized the space. I was even more excited when I realized it was more than just wings. WingIt offers smoked house meats, including brisket. The place was decorated nicely. It was clean. The staff was friendly and everything came out to perfection. The brisket was cooked just right. My husband had the wings and he was excited to try their house sauces. As someone who has had wings all over this state, he was over the moon with these.

We stopped in here because friends of ours who are locals said the wings were excellent. I’m not a big wing-lover so I asked what the soup of the day was. The waitress said it was«Pulled-Pork Chili». That sounded pretty good so I ordered it with a side of «Red-Skin Potato Salad». The«Chili» was definitely straight out of the can. I managed to find one or two shreds of pork and I gave up after eating only half of the bowl. The potato salad arrived in one of those little(and I MEAN little), plastic disposable cups about the size that you normally get your tossed salad dressing served in. For a guy that is my size, it was a ‘one-biter’ for almost three bucks. We were sitting at the bar and when my three companions were finished, the barmaid removed their dishes. She never even asked me if I was done even though we remained for about half and hour after she removed my friends stuff. She also never asked us how our meals were. I visit East Tawas frequently but I won’t patronize the place in the future. We winged our way to another bar…

Came here looking to quench a thirst. I’m an older, larger man. Well apparently the bartender didn’t want to serve me. She look and me and then pretended to be busy. Ok, I can play this game. I pull a giant wad of cash out of my pocket. I yawn and wink at all the other customers when their jaws hit the floor. Yea, that’s right, social security check came in. The blonde bartender turns to look at me asks what I would like to drink. «Well nothing you gold digging bimbo! « I proceeded to sit there and annoying her with this face I make when I’m mad. She asked me to leave. I grabbed my cane and got out of there. Walked down the street to another bar, I stilled hadn’t quenched that thirst. And now I need to go leave a review for that establishment.

I went with a party of 6 and everyone left happy. Good service, good pricing and the traditional wings were amazing, the skin was not too crispy and not slimy! Just perfect with tons of flavor without any sauce. I got all of my sauces a la carte, for dipping. Spicy garlic was my favorite«not too much garlic and not to spicy» just right, also ordered the Hells fire«good amount of heat, but also a good flavor». I have been to all of the top wing places in the Chicago and Detroit area and this place is top 1 – 2 out of all of them! Definitely a must have when visiting Tawas

Food was beautifully presented. The wait staff was super friendly. No clue on how to make a slider. The sliders were too big and the onions weren’t cooked!

Quite possibly the best wings I have had in Northern Michigan, and in my top three wings places ever… which trust me, is saying something. Even the Parmesan Garlic, which is usually pretty straight forward, blows away any comparison with BW3’s-like chains. The garlic has bite — and the Parmesan is SMOTHERED on these things. All the flavors Rock… so try them all, and figure out YOUR fave. Seriously — I looked at my 14 year old son sitting across from me eating the original, and he was nearly weeping and only made 11 of 12. Anytime a place can make a teenage boy get emotional AND fill his gullet, well, it’s RARE people.

My boyfriend and I tried wingin it for the first time yesterday. I must admit we were hesitant when it first opened, which now I regret! The atmosphere is so nice and I thought it was cool they had a set up for Jeff Janis, a football player who got signed to the Green Bay packers from Tawas High School! The service was excellent, having the option of sitting wherever we please, a few girls greeting us as we walked in, and a decent crowd of people. I will admit Barnacle Bills down the street has the BEST fried pickles I’ve ever tasted, but Wingin It has taken second place! The wings were cooked perfectly and the hot buffalo sauce were hot but not crying hot like bdubs haha. It was suprisingly excellent! Also for two of us the bill was less then $ 20. Couldn’t complain about a thing, I will be back! Great job everyone!

Wingin It has really good food. 3 of us went on a Sunday at 3pm. Full staff on board. We were greeted, seated, and got eating! The waitress refilled our drinks often and was pleasant. If you think the food or wings at BWW is OK, then you will be very happy at Wingin It. Ordered wings, sliders, and quesadillas that were very good. Also, we tried the fried pickle appetizer. Surprised that all 3 of us liked it with the dill dipping sauce. Recommend and would return.

Very friendly staff. I forget the name of the blonde woman who was tending the bar, and waiting on a few tables, but she did a great job. My dad and I both ordered the special of the day, a 10 oz steak. I enjoyed the meal. For appetizers, we had mozzarella sticks and some cheese sticks(I forget the name of these– they were essentially mozzarella sticks with queso in them). Wasn’t a huge fan of those cheese sticks but everything else was really nice. I will return here and maybe order different items off the menu. I wish I ordered the Super Bowl potato

Food was great! We had nachos, walk off wrap, & beef brisket. Nachos were made with homemade tortilla chips, pulled pork, cheese, lettuce, & drizzled with sour cream. It was huge & enough for 2 – 3 ppl. $ 8 – 9 Walk off wrap had grilled chicken soaked in any flavor wing sauce you want, guacamole, tomatoes, cheese, & comes with a side of fries that were amazing. Wrap was great too. $ 9 Beef brisket was good, came with coleslaw, & a potato side. $ 8 Bloody Mary was spicy as hell(good!) but we asked for no spice. $ 6 Amaretto and diet $ 2.75 Strawberry daiquiri was decently strong. I could smell & taste the liquor but the drink it self was tasteless. Would not get that again, but they did have a full bar. $ 5 Total bill was $ 40, not bad at all for all we got. The restaurant was a huge open space with high top tables, bar seating, & lots of area for groups. They have a happy hour & also cheap wings & $ 1PBR during Tigers & Wings games. The onion rings looked amazing, & we heard the wings are awesome! I will definitely go back soon. Service was good & the bathrooms clean. 4 stars b/c of the crappy drinks we received.

Service was exceedingly slow! Ordered my burger medium rare, and it came out well-done and dried out. I sent my coleslaw back because it was also dry and bland. That was a first! Won’t be returning to this place, ever.

When you are looking for a relaxed place to eat on vacation, passing though driving up the sunrise side, or even if you are a local; look no further than Wingin’ It in East Tawas. Its a laid back atmosphere, with great service, fair prices, and ice cold beer on tap. The wings are great, I would recommend the boom boom sauce, as it starts sweet and has a kick on the way down. Also, the Double Bogie Beans are a surprisingly delicious starter.(HOTTIP: If the game is on, wings are $ 0.75 and Beers are a Buck) You won’t be disappointed with anything on the menu — Wingin’ It has some of the best BBQ in the state too.(Ask for dinner specials and if there is live music playing.) — Check them out!
