This is the worst chilli’s in the history of existence. We stood and waited to be seated for about 10 minutes. There was no one else waiting. We were seated but then no one came over. For 15 minutes. We got up and left. Went to Texas Roadhouse next door. Much better.

This is the worst Chili’s I have ever been to. Right up the street from home, so the girlfriend and I come often for dinner or order to go, because it is convenient. However, the service is terrible. It is clear that management is poor as there are never enough servers/bartenders on. The wait to be served is consistently long, and the servers are not very friendly, with the exception of a few. We are considering driving to the next town over from now on.

Came here again & giving the same amount of stars as last time. The experience was the same, slow service. I wouldn’t blame the server for slow service just because she was waiting on our table as well as five or six others. The food was alright. I ordered my usual, honey chipotle crispers. I was a little disappointed, the food looked very old. My corn on the cob, half of it was extremely salty and filled with black pepper that it was unbearable to eat. The fries were kind of old. The other two entrees that were ordered, Cajun chicken pasta & triple sample decker — they came out great and fresh! Will go again when cravings kick in.

I was very disappointed with the service, or lack thereof. I waited five minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant at 9:30 in the evening. After five minutes the hostess finally noticed we were there and brought is to our table. We did not wait because there was no room, we waited because no one was at the hostess stand from the beginning. Then we waited another five minutes in the restaurant to meet our server. She took our orders, and when the food arrived, the chicken on the Caribbean salad was not the portion it was supposed to be, probably half of what it should have been, that being said, the salad itself was still delicious. The waitress never brought over napkins. I would have brought up all of these issues to the server, but she never returned We never saw her for the rest of the service, not even to check how our food was, or to ask us if we were ready for the bill, or needed more drinks(which we did). We payed with the tablet at our table and never saw her again. The tablet was out of paper and never gave us a receipt. Very disappointed in the Chili’s name, I would be very reluctant to recommend or return to a Chili’s.

Service here is ALWAYS terrible. But usually the food is acceptable. Today, both were TERRIBLE. An hour wait for food. No drinks. Slow reills. Half the order is missing. The rest is burned or «thrown» on the plate from across the room. Half cold. Terrible terrible meal.

My god this place is awful. We waited 35 minutes for drinks and an hour for our 3 apps to come out. What a joke. I will never ever go back here. This location needs to close.

Bar and Grille? The bartender here on a Saturday afternoon/night should have been pouring soft drinks at the Trampoline Park down the street. The lady and I got 2 rounds of margaritas. The first round, we were not offered salt on the rim and the drinks tasted like juice. This was an insult to the advertised 901 tequila the beautiful Justin Timberlake allowed them to picture in their menu. The second round we advised the waitress to add salt to the rim, which was a difficult task for the bartender. Once again, weak drinks mixed with salt added to the rim after the liquid was poured equalled salt dripping down the glass. Chili’s. You are better than this! Are you though?

We just finished our meal there. It was a Sat night and we arrived at 6:00. We were told it would be a half hour wait, so we waited in the bar. Half hour later we were seated… and waited and waited.15 minutes without seeing the waitress. We spoke to the manager and got our waitress who said she did not think this was her table — really? We ordered an appetizer – took 15 minutes to come out – nachos. We placed our order when the appetizer came and then waited 45 minutes for our meal to come – it was hot and fresh so obviously the backup was the kitchen. She said a lot of orders came in at once and the kitchen couldn’t handle it timely. again – really? Behind us were 7 tables open – obviously a station not being used and there was a line of people waiting to be seated. Obviously a poorly managed restaurant and we will never go back. 2 ½ dinner – way too long for a Chili’s type restaurant

A few months back my wife and I got carry out from this location. I got the big fajitas platter with steak and shrimp. $ 20. Well, I had to wait. A while. About 10 to 15 minutes after they said it would be ready they finally brought me the bag. I got home and found there were no tortillas. It’s kind of important to have something to eat the fajitas out of. So I called, and whatever managers I got, a man, told me he would put my name on a list and when I came back the price of what was screwed up that day would be taken off my bill. I don’t work there. I don’t know how these things work. So I took his word for it. About a month later my wife, and inlaws went there for dinner. «Hey I have a discount we can use!» was the deciding factor. We ate. Food was fine. Check came, and I informed our server as to what happened the last time. A manager came over to us and informed us I could be lying so they weren’t willing to honor my claim. WTF? She said anyone could come in making the same claim I was to get free food. But THIS time, she’d make an exception and give me $ 10 off the meal. So, having $ 20 worth of food ruined is exactly worth $ 10 to them and they will accuse you of lying in front of your inlaws and wife. That is such shit customer service I have no clue how this woman was allowed to manage the place. Apparently my complaint was nowhere on record for them to find. So that’s now two managers not worth their weight in salt. So I was all set to never go back, except that«you’re a liar» meal was for my wife’s birthday. And wouldn’t you know it, she got a chili’s gift card. So, a few days ago we went with the inlaws again. It was against everyone’s better judgement, but my wife loves the margarita chicken and due to medical reasons there are not a lot of places she can go to eat. Well, on this trip I ordered the chicken fingers. No way that could get fucked up. Spoiler alert, it did. The plate came and almost immediately upon placing it down the server was gone and my wife found a hair. Now, of the people at my table my wife has purple hair, my mother in law has copper red hair, my father in law has short gray hair, and I have really long, flowing brunette hair. The hair on my plate was all of 6 inches long, brittle like it had been dyed 20 or thirty times, and blond. I mention this, because everyone at the table got the distinct feeling that as they were remaking my food they were eyeballing me as if it was my hair. I’m not sure what sense that would make. The chicken came out as everyone else was finishing their meals. So all it got me was the same exact food I ordered 20 minutes later than everyone else. It really sucks being the only one eating. So, the manager came out to apologize. I guess that was nice. This one was certainly nicer than the one calling me a liar, or the one who lied to me about how fucked up orders are handled. She offered us a free desert, that the waitress already offered us, and we told them to hold off on it because the food I asked for was literally just placed in front of me all within 5 minutes of the two offers made. Nobody wanted desert. But, whatever. After interrupting me in the middle of my food the third time my mother in law was like«fuck it, bring me a brownie.» If the options are harass us until you think we are satisfied, or let me eat in peace when you’ve already created an awkward situation for me to eat in, fuck off! Seriously. I’d rather be left alone than offered a goddamn peace brownie three times before my second chicken finger is gone. The waitress asked if she could clear plates before desert. We were more than happy to have that done as 9 cups piled up on our table. Apparently she was being literal. Because the cups went nowhere. Three times this woman came back and forth empty handed while nobody had room because it looked like a really tiny game of beer pong was being held at our booth. Finally mom in law asked her to take away the cups and she left with 4. Fine. The desert was brought, about three bites were taken, and we promptly got the fuck out of there as soon as we could. The entire back corner of the place was filled with employees who apparently had nothing better to do than sit down and bullshit with each other. I’m not sure why it took so long to get Chicken Fingers 2, The Fryening out, but I suspect it had something to do with this. The waitress seemed new. So I hope she get’s her wits about her soon as a server probably shouldn’t talk shit about the food they are serving. Oh, you don’t like Chili’s because they put cilantro on everything? I agree but shouldn’t you be chatting up the food instead of saying cilantro tastes like soap and spicy cornbread is probably terrible? I really hope I don’t go back here, but there aren’t a lot of options for us. The only bonus is every time I go here there is a completely different manager. So I suppose I can hold out hope that someday I will go there and they will have a good one.

I like the food and I go here all of the time. I rarely have any problems. Usually the servers and the hosts/hostess are very nice, the food is good and the restaurant itself is very clean. I’m basing most of my review on my previous experiences however my last experience was horrible. The food was fine but our server ignored us most of the time and it took over 30 minutes to get our food.

The kitchen is way too slow at this one. The food preparation is inconsistent. They frequently forget the accompaniments, and actually served me near frozen chili once. They will be in big trouble when Roadhouse opens up next door, I believe within a few weeks.

After many mediocre dines at the Outbacks, Applebees, Ruby Tuesdays, and a few Chilis, I was pleasantly surprised at this one! Great service and the food really seemed to be made-to-order. Warm, fresh flavors, and a perfectly cooked burger. Sometimes you just want something basic and it made well. A good experience… reminded me of the Chilis in the 90s before everything became mega franchised.

Sigh. That’s the only word I can use to describe my latest visit to this horrid chain. First of all, my dad, aunt and I originally wanted to go to another restaurant, but they were closed at the time. As luck would have it, Chili’s was close by and ready for our business. Upon entering the restaurant, it took a good minute of two to even see a hostess. Mind you, servers and one of the bar staff made eye contact with us and continued on their merry way. By the time the hostess finally made her way form the back, she seated us and we got ready for our meal. It took another 5 – 7 minutes for our server to show up and take our drink orders while the people behind us who were promptly seated and their orders taken within minutes. When my water arrived, not only was the mug dirty, but it had a speck of brown floating in it. *Red flag number 1*. After taking our order, we waited. And waited. And waited. Minutes ticked by endlessly. It took 40 minutes for us to get our appetizers(yes, the people behind us got their apps WAY before us) and our meal came about 10 minutes after that. At this point, we were all so fed up that we hardly touched our lukewarm meals. My dad informed the hostess(the waitress had disappeared) that he had ordered mashed potatoes and instead got rice. She said that she would get our waitress. When the waitress showed up and asked how we were doing, she seemed surprised that our food was cold and questioned my father about his incorrect order. By this time, none of us were really eating. My chicken, broccoli and rice were barely warm, my aunt’s onion«strings» has so much salt, they were barely edible, and my dad’s ribs were dry. The mashed potatoes had, what my dad described, «hard cheese» on top of it. We voiced our complaints to the waitress, she stated that she would have the manager come and talk to us. After an additional 10 minutes of waiting to speak to this person(total time in restaurant at this point: an hour and a half) the waitress come back and said that the manager was on a conference call and that she was to go ahead and comp a portion of our meal(basically the appetizer and one of the entrees). She then asked if the comp was OK. Seriously? The entire meal should have been comped. We barely ate anything. Needless to say, this is the reason why I try to avoid places like this at all times. Oh, did I mention that people who came in WAY after us ate and left WAY before us? Oh, and it wasn’t even busy in there. The place is sticky, dirty and basically a dump. I seriously would like a refund of my money and an hour and a half of my life!

Went here recently with a friend to grab some lunch. The first thing I noticed was that there was no one to greet us at the door. We waited a couple minutes which wasn’t too bad. When we were seated, it took 20 minutes for us to get an order for our drinks. The poor waiter had a very large section of people to cover while the other waiter had only 3 people. I realized they must have been short staffed. Finally, we order our food and the ribs were cold and had a strong taste of ketchup only. The salmon was good and cooked thoroughly. The sides were okay but could have been better. The waiter was very nice and thanked us for coming in. I think this Chili’s should work on the customer wait time, especially around 1pm!

Have gone here on several occasions when I am in the area. I was there Sunday w/a girlfriend. The service was good our server was very nice and attentive which is usually the case when I have been there. The place itself is clean & the food is what you would expect from a Chilli’s. The prices are also very reasonable. I wouldn’t try to order anything fancy but their salads and sandwiches are good. It’s a good value if you are looking for a cheap place to eat in Dedham and don’t mind a chain restaurant.

Gster and I decided to dine at Chili’s before my long bus ride to NYC and before his night of clubbing in Boston. Gster made a reservation for 3:00PM, however I don’t think it was necessary because there were plenty of open tables available. The overall experience was average. We sat at a booth in the bar area and experienced subpar service at best. Gster found it funny that every time the server came to our table she would say«whaaaat up?». I think she liked him. For the meal we decided to go with the 2 for 20 deal. You really can’t beat this deal. You are allowed to choose one appetizer as well as two entrees from fifteen different entrée options all for $ 20. I allowed Gster to select the appetizer, he chose the fried cheese. For the entrees we both chose the chicken fajitas. The fried cheese was nothing to rave about, most likely frozen and reheated. The fajitas were decent and came out sizzling hot as always. Gster had«portion control» problems with his fajitas(he didn’t evenly distribute the amount of fajita fillings to his three tortillas). I didn’t experience similiar problems. We also ate dessert. We shared Dub’s all time favorite, chocolate molten lava cake topped with vanilla ice cream. It was stellar. Gster and I will most likely be back. With Chili’s you typically know what to expect. One recommendation I have is for Chili’s to add the fajita trio(steak, chicken and shrimp) to the 2 for 20 deal as opposed to the regular chicken fajita. Oh by the way, before I forget, funny story. As I had mentioned earlier I allowed Gster to pick the appetizer. He chose the fried cheese. When the fried cheese came out he made a puzzled look on his face. When the server walked away he looked at me and said, «those are just mozzarella sticks». So I asked him, «what did you think fried cheese was?». He didn’t respond. I’m still waiting for that answer.

Chili’s is, well, Chili’s but the reason why I am a big fan of this location is due to the staff and attentive service. I go here only for lunch during the work day, and the lounge is a great spot to sit for faster service and a relaxed feel. Alex is always our waiter, and he is extremely polite, personable and takes time to make conversation. He is conscious of the fact that folks are mostly there for the work lunch hour, and takes your order, brings your food and brings the check promptly and timely. The bottomless lunch is a great deal, for $ 7.00 you can get unlimited salad, soup and chips/salsa. The other lunch items look good too, although I only ever stick with the soup and salad. All in all, great service, affordable prices and a nice break from the office during the work day.

Hmmm… maybe I visited this Chili’s after the kinks had been worked out? The GF and I went early on a Saturday, our food came quickly and our server was a bit inattentive, but not too inattentive to be annoying. It’s Chili’s, so you know how that goes, but I’ll go back if I’m ever near Route 1 because it’s clean and the service was fine. I think it’s MUCH better than the other Chili’s up the street in Dedham which is just… something else.
