Ebelia was so helpful and patient with helping my Mother find the right mattress! Everyone seemed genuinely happy to work at Walkers which is so refreshing. Definitely recommend shopping here!

After a follow up message from the owner, we received the missing product the next day! Also, received an apology for the poor customer service I received on my first visit to the store and a guarantee that the situation will be reviewed and corrected.
I may have had some issues but I prefer to think that it was more of a fluke and as long as the owners are serious about being number one in the business and making sure every customer is satisfied, as they have with me, I feel comfortable recommending this business to my friends and neighbors. Well, maybe not my neighbors. Lol
