For what I needed them for they have been very good. Had 4 tires put on a suv for the lowest price around. Had a nail tire and a slow leak tire repaired for $ 16(nail) and change and $ 24(valve stem) and change for repairs. Attendants were friendly and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary garbage. 20 minutes for each repair. Good so far.

i went back here today becuase mire tire warranty was with them and they fixed my flat tire issue quickly and I didn;t have to buy a new tire! I’m also taking back my previous comments below, The dealer confirmed my minivan uses 6.5 quarts, dealership charges same for an oil change no matter how many quarts you use. OLDERCOMMENT: I agree with the other reviewers, The new owners increased prices and then charged me for 6.5 quarts of oil. I’ve never in my life needed that many. Then they had the nerve to tell me they wouldn’t charge for rotating tires. I had bought the tires from Goodyear and told them before the service so they knew that i had free tire rotations. Never going back to this Goodyear.

We have been bringing our car here for a few years. Now there are new owners; it is independent. I felt uneasy with the attitude of the person behind the desk. They refused to honor lifetime tire rotation we earned last year(the only reason we were back to have other work done). They did an oil change and said my oil change coupon ‘did not apply’ to the oil change I had done… very slow counter service and I left feeling very uncomfortable — won’t be back.

Don’t go here! Horrible experience. I went there for 4 tires for my 2008 Honda CRV. Major complaints(but not in order of offensiveness)(1) I was told it would take a little over an hour and my car wasn’t ready until 3.5 hrs later!(2) Apparently, it’s in their fine print that of the«tires and maintenance» provided, maintenance means engine«diagnostics.» I was told I needed about $ 300 of additional and very serious flushings, etc. NOTTRUE — luckily, I felt something was up and refused.(3) They called me an hour after I left and asked me to quickly return as they forgot to get DOT numbers on my tires — LIE!!! THEYTOOKMYAIRFILTEROUTANDDIDNOTPUTITBACKIN. THEYALSOLEFTMYHOODOPEN. Until I noticed the hood bouncing, I DROVEAROUNDWITHMYBABYINTHECAR.(4) THEYFAILEDTOALIGNMYCAR(5) I returned the next day for a «30 minute fix» and was there for over 2 hours. They replaced the air filter for no cost. They could not align my car for some reason — told me it was b/c my car was likely tied down incorrectly on the train when it was shipped to the dealer(???) and then tried to sell me on it being a power steering issue as well. I took my car to my mechanic(only went to Good Year for a supposed deal on tires — never do that again). My mechanic aligned my car — no issue — in under an hour. Nothing wrong with anything in my engine or power steering as well. I returned to Good Year this morning demanding a refund on the alignment, which I received, but not after excuses, excuses, and BS Cutomer Service spiel from the store manager Linda. THEYNEVERALIGNEDMYCAR — they do not know what they are doing!!! DONOTGOHERE!!! One star means HATEDTHISPLACE!!!
