I’ve been a customer of Johns since the early 1980’s and he’s always been consistently honest, his prices have always been fair and his work has been unsurpassed by any other shop. If your looking for a very good repair shop search no more!

Beware of John’s auto repair they are a complete rip off and should not be trusted!
Having an in-​depth knowledge of auto repair I was shocked when this garage attempted to rip me off. Not having a car lift of my own and retired from auto repair after 30 years I decided to bring my car into John’s. I took my car in for what should’ve been a simple repair and they attempted to charge me $ 1000 for what should have not exceeded $ 150? It’s a routine I have seen before where the people are so nice and they talk to you like your family and at the same time they are pulling a fast one. After leaving in complete disgust I took my car to another garage and it was repaired for $ 139 a big difference from the thousand dollars they quoted me over at John’s. I warn the public to stay away from this rip off establishment! Remember you can always get a second opinion if you think you’re getting ripped off.

Wish they did a thorough check as I wasn’t sure what the issue was. I mentioned the shocks as that is what another mechanic had told me and without doing their own check they just replaced those. I still had the issue of a loud noise when I picked up the car– plus they were aware that I hydroplaned and had an insanely screeching sound coming from my car. Went back and turns out it was the break pads– on top of just spending $ 365 I now have to pay an additional $ 166 because they didn’t check my car properly. Kinda poor customer service if you ask me.

Make sure to call ahead or show up early if you’re just wanting an oil change. The price and the service here is unmatched! It’s hard to find a good mechanic to trust but search no more. This is the place to go if you need a tune-​up or major work done.

Exceptional work. The pricing was straightforward and the work was perfect. I had front brake job done on my accord and couldn’t be happier. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

This guy is the best mechanic I’ve ever used. He’s inexpensive, he’s honest, and he does good work — his lot is always packed with cars, and for a good reason; people around here would rather go to him than anywhere else.

I went to John’s this morning because another mechanic told me I needed to get my rear brake pads replaced. John was extremely personable and explained to me the lifespan of brake pads. He told me he won’t replace rear brakes unless there is under 30% left because there is still almost 5,000 miles left on them at that point. They checked over my car in no time at all, told me I had 40% left, and sent me on my way without charging me anything. I will definitely be back there come oil change time (and anything else for that matter).

We brought in our 2006 Honda Civic. We believed it was an exhaust leak; but the muffler was the problem.
They were professional and courteous; they also were able to finish the job within 5 hours. The costs were very reasonable too. I would highly recommend; we felt cared for and like the prices of the service and parts were very fair.
They have new regular customers now.

I used to take my car to John’s before I moved out of state. At John’s I never had to worry that I was getting ripped off. He’s also very reasonable and personable. I highly recommend him!
