I personally do not have an account here, however, my husband does. I find their customer service greatly lacking. I used to work for a bank, and I am very aware of the privacy needs and requirements, especially with account information. I did not have my husbands checking account number with me. He was in a meeting and I just wanted to deposit some cash into his account for him. I did not ask to know his number, nor did I want a receipt in return with any of his information. I had my ID, proof that our address is that same and I had credit cards from Wells Fargo with his and my name as well. They turned me away without an apology. They said call him. I said I did and he’s in a meeting. They said you should have had him fill out the deposit slip ahead of time. I left. Maybe I’m overreacting a bit, but when I worked in the banking industry, customer service was a priority and I was not asking for anything more than decent customer service.
