I was new to yoga when I came to Pilates Unleashed, and since I was trying it out I figured I’d only go a few times. After just one class I knew I would be coming back regularly. Not only did I enjoy practicing Yoga, I also enjoyed meeting new people, and the warm and inviting community Heidy has created. Now I’m a regular and have been going for almost a year! Heidy and all the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! If you are thinking about trying Yoga, you should definitely go to Pilates Unleashed and take the leap!
