I have been a long time Antonio’s fan. But, unfortunately, the past 3 – 4 times we ordered delivery, the pizza was uneven and cold — tonight, when it arrived without the topping I ordered, they gave ME attitude and told me it was under the cheese. I looked again, no meat. Then they gave me more attitude and said(in an annoyed tone) «Fine, we’ll send you a new one but you have to give the first one back.» Fine with me, but why the attitude? Who needs it? Very disappointing.

Everything I’ve had so far has been really good. I love that you can walk in and pick out different slices. My top three favorite items are the pesto tortellini pizza, the spinach pie pizza and the steak salad.

Great pizza! Great delivery! Why 2 stars? The crucial part of getting the order right — they FAILED at. The fool who answers the phone talks more than he listens. He got our simple order, wrong. Again. So now I’ve got good pizza, but not what I ordered. Not the kitchen’s fault. Not the owner. Not even the delivery dude — the receipt had the wrong order print with the right address. It all comes down to the doofus on the phone. Someone hire a competent person to take orders, or just enter the real world and get orders online — then the problem is solved and you can send the kid home. But after 2 wrong order even though I was very clear on the phone and he repeated it, still wrong. Downhill.

I used to come here a lot but lately the food has been sub-par. It’s always been pricey and continues to go up. Whenever I go I get the chicken bacon ranch pizza, it’s good but sometime the chicken is hard and chewy.

This is my favorite pizza place in the valley. Their food is consistently great, whereas I’ve usually been disappointed by places like Sam’s. This time around we got the white pizza and picked it up ourselves. I called in early, but they were happy to oblige and scheduled the pizza to be ready when I would be there to pick it up. We took it home and ate it outside with some watermelon and it was the perfect complement to the beautiful weather. When they get busy delivery can take close to an hour, even to Easthampton. But it’s worth it! When I did not eat cheese, I was never disappointed by the veggie no cheese pizza — at most places such a pizza tastes like they just take the cheese off the pizza and expect it to still taste good, but at Antonio’s it actually does!

I waited an hour and a half and when they finally came the food was COLD!!! Outside in a cold car for too long cold. It’s 25 degrees outside and my pizza wasn’t even warm. The delivery driver tried to run off real quick but luckily we caught him and made him take back the food. He pretended to be confused and did not apologize for either the unedibly cold food or the very long wait time. Worst Delivery Experience Ever!!! Will never order from them again.

Food was delicious. I can’t comprehend however how it’s possible for these people to be dumb enough to use DELIVERYEXPRESS. They charge I think 5 dollars for delivery and expect a tip?!? I tipped the guy 2 bucks and he gave me a very nasty look. Food is really good here though. Reasonable price.

Nice little pizza by the slice place with a rotating selection of gourmet flavor choices. They do grinders as well. Nice a lot of in house seating however I think most do take out at this location anyway.

Best pizza around. Creative and fun. Cheap. Staff is friendly. Try the avocado quesadilla pizza or eggplant red pepper. Yummy!

The wings are homemade, but kind of dry. The pizza is great and I love the macaroni bacon, buffalo chicken bleu, and the bacon, chicken, ranch.

Good pizza. I had the Mac and cheese and hamburger pizza slice which was incredible. My wife had the vegetable. Great a atmosphere, friendly service. Good food. Great dough and the sauce had a nice sweet flavor to it.

Oh dear. Maybe there is just one delivery person on Tuesdays. Ordered and we were told 35 minutes. 1 hour 5 minutes later an entirely limp, lukewarm order arrived. Pizza box was concave from steam. Wings were flaccid. Pizza tasted like cardboard. Moral: stick with weekends for delivery!

I work in Easthampton, so we order delivery from Antonio’s frequently and they never disappoint! The service over the phone and the delivery is consistently courteous and fast. They have this crazy lunch special in which you get a wrap, side of fries and a drink for $ 5.99! The reason I say it’s crazy is because it’s all fresh ingredients and it even includes your drink… and it’s cheaper than a Big Mac meal at McDonald’s…say word! I usually get the buffalo chicken wrap which they make with their delicious boneless wings and everything is really fresh. It’s huge. I highly recommend it. I have co-workers who live near by who say they order the wings and pizza all the time, and they love it. They also rave about the slices too. You should stop by sometime!

This was a great little townie spot. The pizza wasn’t the typical boring pizza selections. I got a spinach pizza and my boyfriend got the nacho pizza. Both tasted like out of this world. I don’t usually like pizza but I did like this one!!! My boyfriend said his pizza tasted exactly like nachos without making it taste gross. He was raving about it! I keep telling him he should make a Unilocal… I digress. The buffalo wings we got were«mild» but they were already EXTREMELY spicy for me! They have a level called«suicide». I’m not ever gonna try that… I liked the buffalo wings but next time I might just try the normal chicken wings as opposed to buffalo. The only reason this place got a 4 stars is cause it is very small, and it would be great if it was a little bigger to accommodate more people!

My favorite go to when I don’t know what to eat or need a quick and delicious slice. I wish there was an Antonio’s in CT! If you get slices often, be sure to get their punch cars for slices to earn a free slice! Their pizza is high quality and comes in a variety of different and unique topping combinations that will satisfy any palate.

Thursday night I thought I would try Antonio’s for the first time for a delivery, my pizza and breadsticks were cold, also the pizza had hardly any cheese. I called to talk to the manager, he said that’s the way the bacon pizza is, and I told him about the items being cold and maybe the should use an insulation bag and I am never going to order from them again, his response? OK, see ya, Click. I have never called any establishment for this before so for me to call is an exception for me. This place is terrible, real class act not!

What can be said about Antonio’s Easthampton that hasn’t already been said? It’s true! This is some fantastic pizza, served by a super-friendly staff, in a really laidback, homey location. Their only competition for«Best Pizza in the Valley» is their sister location in Amherst. And as has been said before, Amherst is much busier, a little less friendly, a lot noisier, and a bit more«beaten up» than Easthampton. The only thing better in Amherst is the people-watching, and that’s got nothing to do with pizza. Not a day goes by that I don’t crave an Antonio’s slice. I can only hope that in their thirst for expansion they’ll partner up with MGM to get a store here in Springfield when that whole casino thing goes down. Yes, I will take a casino in exchange for Antionio’s. Take THAT Ludlow!

I have family who live in the Easthampton area so I’ve had a few opportunities to try Antonio’s, and overall I’ve come away happy. First, Antonio’s has a wide selection of pizza available by the slice, which is a definite plus in my book. The pizza is quite good and there are a variety of toppings depending on your taste. On top of that, the grinders are very solid. I generally judge a pizza/sub place by its chicken cutlet subs — the subpar spots have chicken cutlets that are either too tough, too dry, or too flavorless. Antonio’s doesn’t have that problem, as the cutlets are nicely-seasoned and tender. My experience with their service has been very good, as I’ve always dealt with friendly people whenever I’ve picked up food. Overall I’d recommend Antonio’s if you’re looking for a quick affordable lunch in the area.

For everyone that says, «such and such has the best pizza in Western Mass», I know for a fact that they have never had a slice from Antonio’s…or they have horrible taste in pizza. New pizza spots have opened all over the area over the years, yet Antonio’s remains on top.
